I am extremely happy with this desk AND the customer service. When the desk arrived, there unfortunately were no instructions. I contacted customer service who was extremely helpful and said that they would email me the instructions. the instructions arrived via email about 45 minutes later, however in the meantime I just put it together without any instructions. It was THAT EASY. It's pretty self explanatory & and the screws won't fit in the wrong holes. At any rate, after assembling, the customer service representative texted me back asking if I had received the instructions and I said yes, thank you I did. And then about a week later I also received a follow up emailing asking if I had been able to assemble the desk. Wow! Amazing customer service. In the meantime I've been loving the desk. It is easy to preset 3 different height settings, or to manually adjust the height. I don't notice much of a wobble if any and it supports my two very heavy large monitors (one is a computer/monitor combo). I purchased the two-toned black and brown, because at the time it was the cheapest of all the colors, but I've really grown to love the color combo. Why did I buy this brand? Because my son bought the same desk (only the 55" one) a couple of years ago and he has been extremely happy with his. So when looking for a desk, I knew that this would be the company I wanted to buy from.

I just got this desk and put it together. It took a little bit to put together but the instructions were easy to follow. I needed somewhere to leave my laptops set up but that I could move around my house with my “mobile” office. This is beautifully made and does the job great. It’s sturdy enough to lean on and currently holds my laptop and second screen. Thinking about adding my printer to it but it’s wireless so I may just leave it where it’s at. This is definitely going to get used. It comes with wheels or casters if you don’t want it to move. The material appears to be scratch resistant and is easy to wipe off and clean. This is definitely a must for the home business offices.

So far so good, This was an amazing value for the money. The desk is very sturdy, relatively easy to assemble, has a good range of height and is big enough to fit my dual monitors. It goes up and down smoothly, the top of the desk is very heavy, as are the legs. It doesn't shake when I use it and feels solidly built (other than the keyboard tray which is junk, I may buy something different). In terms of assembly, the instructions only have pictures, my husband and I did misunderstand a step that looks like you could do it either way but really should be two separate steps in terms of assembling the legs so you do it in the proper order. Also had some trouble lining up the bar that connects to the motor. The biggest pain was assembling the keyboard tray which is flimsy. It also doesn't make sense to have a keyboard tray but no mouse tray because you want them to be on the same height. I also found it to be somewhat sketchy that I got an email later from the seller (or alleging to be) telling me they needed me to message them my address so they could mail me the wheels. I'm living without the wheels because I feel uncomfortable getting the random email when clearly they should have my mailing address if they are legitimately the seller who sent the desk. Overall I am very happy with this purchase as it seems like a great value and better quality than I expected for the money. Just hoping the motor lasts.

I love this desk literally everything I could ask for it’s perfect I can move around my house with it. When I’m tired of sitting I can stand and walk on my walking pad and get my steps in for the day ❤️it’s perfect easy to assemble very sturdy

Desk is great - customer service is even better. I ordered 3 desks as I was re-doing my office area. One arrived with damage in the top. After notifying the company they sent a replacement top right out. A delay through USPS resulted in an offer for a free desk pad. The desktop arrived the next day. Can't ask for more than that. Desk works great and very happy with this purchase.

Color is beautiful. Has water resistant coating. Very well-built and sturdy. Comes with extra set of the entire screws used for building it. Mine didn’t come with the wheels but I don’t want to spend time asking for it and waiting long, so it’s fine. It rises and lowers verrrry quietly! I got the 48*24” and it’s been great. Ig as long as you don’t put too heavy things on top that would avoid the motor from overheating and burning from lifting heavy weights. Instructions are pretty straightforward. It was packaged so well and the drawer is optional so you can add or remove it. The gap is not that wide unlike other people complain about. I got the desk for $176+ tax so I got the bang for my buck over the $500+ ones. Seems like it’ll last long, so get this. I’d keep the box and the plastics. for when I move back to my apartment because it was packaged compactly with them.

The quality is absolutely terrible. I gave it two stars because it technically works, but I wouldn't put anything on it. It shakes and rattles and feels like it will fall apart at any moment. I've bought and assembled a lot of standing desks and this is the first one I've just flat out refused to try and make work. It's an accident waiting to happen. The bottom feet literally weigh less than a pound and there's very little holding this desk together. The two pieces that connect to form the top are also uneven and the seam is very pronounced. I bought two of these and immediately returned the other after building the first. I wish I could return the one I built, but it's super difficult to fit back in the package. Save yourself the trouble and just buy something else.
