Very ergonomic retractable knife, after figuring out how to replace the blade it was a game changer. There’s a lock at the base of the handle that secures the blade position.👍

Your write up on this knife was so great, you sold me on it. But mine was not trained well by your production people. It acted like the other one’s I had used in the past. When pressure is applied the blade retreats back up into body. Wow it didn’t do as I read about

I'm the one who will cut myself putting a utility knife and blade together. Not with this one. There is a nice security clasp on it so you dont have to touch the blade when opening it for use. It also locks the blade in place. Very sturdy. The metal frame is a nice weight and the pen shape is easier to carry. Overall my pick out of a ton of utility knives.

Same issue many others are having. The red plastic piece that slides the blade out and retracts it is faulty. After no more then 5 minutes of use it no longer would hold the blade. The tiny Philips head screw also adds the annoyance of finding a ph1 screw driver to do a simple blade change.
