Pacific Giftware New 2013 Amy Brown Fantasy Wild Violet Faery Mushroom Fairy Statue Enchanted 6" h Figurine

So I normally do reviews on vitamins and other health related products, but I purchased this figurine and several others out of the Amy Brown Collection for my girlfriend because we both love them and have started collecting them. This one was purchased for our Anniversary and it is absolutely beautiful as most all of Amy Brown's statues always are. The colors on this statue are bright and vibrant all the way from the greens to the purples and every other color in between. The details on this statue are unbelievable and for the size very realistic as well. the wings alone stand out from side to side and draw your attention to cutest little fairy that sits between them. I know that Amy Brown has a lot of different statues, so it is going to take us a very very very long time to actually collect most or all of them, but every time we get a new one it is like Christmas whatever day of the year we get them because we love looking at and admiring them so much! Thank you for a great product a very reasonable price! Can't wait to see which ones that we will order the next time around, I am hoping to spend a little more and start collecting the fairies that are on the motor cycles in the next round of Purchases!

This Fairy figurine arrived in perfect condition from the seller. One thing I have noticed about the newer Amy Brown's Fairy Figurines that is different from her older exquisite Fairies is that they are on average between 10% to 20% smaller than her older models of Fairies, and that now they are designed with translucent wings. the older Fairy figurines, which I have several, have very heavy and thick wings manufactured with the same resign that the bodies are made out of. The older Fairies are beautiful and as are superbly painted and decorated as these newer Fairies, but the wings are, (on avgerage), about 1/8 inch in thickness and are not even slightly translucent. These "newer" Fairies have very delicate, (and thus very fragile), translucent wings, ... which I far prefer, ... but new ones I have noticed, do not have the "Amy Brown" signatures on any of them. I do wish, however, that they were the larger size of the older Fairies. The art work, (paint work), and sculpture art and details of all the new Fairies are up to the very highest standards one would expect from any licensed Amy Brown's work. All of the "new" Fairies I have purchase are very welcomed additions to my collection. I have rated the seller for the very prompt delivery and the actual Fairy herself for the highest quality art work, painting and details a good solid five stars! I'm truly satisfied the purchase!

Looks better in the picture but it's still a beautiful piece.

Only gave this 4 stars because wing was torn. However I was able to super glue it and still give it as gift. Other than that gorgeous work. Great quality art. Looks real from afar.

I've been collecting fairies for decades. I came across Amy Brown's art through a a different company and fell in love with her work. I was overjoyed to find collectible figurines to add to my collection. They are very well made and so detailed. I cannot wait to add more

She is a beautiful, a beautiful addition to my patio fairy garden. I call her my beautiful sassy one. Detailed. Her wings are a rubber like plastic, flexible but not bendable. Note the wings don't come attached for protection reasons, they need to be inserted but once in they look like they are a part of the fairy.
