I'll get to the product in a moment, but first the packaging. Nice photo. Producers of product that are made overseas should spend a little money and hire a writer for whom English is their first language. Product features in order:: -ELIMINATES BAD ODORS--great, because my elbows tend to have B.O. -4-WAYS COMPRESSION--are their ways you missed? Is there compression up and down? -3D KNITTNG TECHNOLOGY--do they hire 3D knitters? -BREATHABLE FABRIC--Good, I'd hate to kill the thing I won't go into the rest, but it is amusing. HOWEVER, the elbow braces seem quite thick and study. You really need this thickness as thin compression products are essentially for looks only and are a waste of money. Excellent compression, which is what it's all about, because they support the elbows and maintain the body heat in the area. I use these for lifting weights, but I can certainly see them useful for other sports like tennis or even baseball if your elbows hurt when you throw or swing. These are NOT for protection in contact sports like football or ice hockey. I bought pair of large in blue (there are 2 in a package.) The color is neat. For the price, I feel these are well worth the money and are priced more sensibly than others I have seen. Maybe the package should say: Sensibility priced.

I bought this initially to help with some of the tennis elbow/golfers elbow that I developed after some intense remodeling and sanding I did with a hand power sander (doh!). I measured my elbow in the recommend place multiple times and took the average before I ordered this, so I think I got the right measurement. Ultimately I think their sizing system might be a little skewed...I'm a giant white dude at 6'5 220 pounds, and tried it for months, but it always seemed way too tight, so I stopped using them. Not wanting to spend more money on several different splint types, I thought 'Hmm, what if I folded these up and made them into a pseudo splint/brace that you find on Amazon or like DonJoy sells', and I folded it twice and got what I have in the picture. I've tried this for the last week and my tennis elbow/golfer elbow symptoms have seemed to diminish quite greatly as the compression is just about perfect. The material still flexes nicely due to the fabric/material it's made from, but it doesn't seem to be cutting off blood flow (much...they all do to some extent). So, a decent product maybe if I got a size up, but modified it seems to be working as a pretty swanky splint. So, minus one star for a possibly flawed sizing system, but the sleeve doesn't move much when you have it on and it does provide nice compression, especially as a tennis elbow splint! :)

Tried several different brands of elbow sleeves for swelling due to bursitis. After others failed for one reason or another, I decided to give the PowerLix Elbow Brace a try. I have to say my XL fits perfectly with great compression that finally is forcing the fluid on my elbow joint to re-absorb and shrink significantly in only a few days of wearing on and off for several hours each day. I tried other brands that also offered good compression but failed to address the elbow joint swelling. Also, these braces do NOT contain latex which, until my recent experience with other braces, I didn’t realize my skin was reactive to. The PowerLix brace is a hands-down winner in my book. In fact, I ordered a knee brace as well, which I received today, and it is just as comfortable while providing needed stability and support on my runs.

This brace was purchased due to pain in my right outer elbow after trimming trees. I’ve been wearing it for a week during the day and it has helped with the pain and stabilization of the elbow joint. It is soft, I am able to have full range of motion with the elbow as it is not constructive. I am able to wear my jacket over this brace. It is breathable so I am not sweating underneath the brace. It is well-made, has not frayed. It came with a set of two in the packaging. It arrived on time , just a great overall product. I highly recommend this brace!!

This brace seems fine but doesn't offer any compression at all if following the sizing chart. The sizing is way off. I was confused how I'd be an XL when I'm sure many athletic dudes have way bigger biceps than me. I still went with XL because it suggested sizing down for extra compression but usually compression clothing is plenty tight enough. Not so here. I'd definitely size down at least one size. Maybe 2. Unclear.

I ordered this for my husband since he had been having a lot of pain in his elbow for a few weeks, preventing him from being able to do is job thoroughly & being able to sleep comfortably. After doing a lot of research, I found that this brace would provide compression & pain relief during strenuous activity, as well as help minimize or eliminate the pain. He has had remarkable results while wearing it at work and in the evening before going to bed. He forgot to bring it to work with him a couple times & could definitely tell a difference!! Although it's not something that will "fix" the underlying issue for the pain, it's definitely providing comfort & allowing him to tolerate his daily activities until he can get professional medical advice. I'd highly recommend this product if you are in a similar situation, whether it be elbow or other joint pain, as this compression brace will definitely help!!

I ordered a child size and I’m not sure that what I got is child size. My arms are small and it does fit, but it’s not as tight as I had hoped.

Fits well, support is amazing, can wear all day. Protects an injury and also helps with arthritis. Definitely works well and good full range of motion. I use the ankle version as well. Machine washable and dryer too. They do not come apart or lose any compression. Great value, great product.
