** WASH LEAVES AND VINES BEFORE USING **
I bought these vines for my reptile tank. The branches and leaves look great, however, I highly recommend cleaning the leaves before using them. I filled a bowl with warm water, soaked the leaves, drizzled some dish soap in the bowl, and washed them thoroughly. I only had to repeat twice for each set of leaves before all the dye stopped coming off. The branches are easily bendable and look pretty realistic. This was a pretty good buy--I'm happy with the purchase.

Good value, attractive, flexible vines
This was a VERY pleasant surprise.First off: yes: the green leaves DID release some green dye. This is what I did: I put some regular dish soap in a tub in the sink, like for handwashing dishes as for the amount of soap, and hot water as hot as I would for dishes, I submerged the fabric leaf vines in there and agitated them around in the soapy water. for a minute. I did this AFTER I washed other stuff for my crabitat because I knew it was going to run thanks to other reviewers. Then, I emptied the water and rinsed them a little bit under the tap, just quickly to get soap suds and foam off them. then I filled the basin back up with clear water and agitated the leaf vine in there again. less green bled off the textile this time. I dumped the water and did this again maybe a total of three times? it honestly did NOT take a long time, no longer than doing dishes or washing any other new fake plants for aquariums and terrariums. it was totally clear by the third rinse with fresh hot water. so to conclude there is a little extra dye, but if you hand wash it with regular dish soap, it will come out, just like any other fabric that might bleed when you first get something. I'm a pretty picky person and I was quite satisfied with this process that they will be safe for the crabbies without bleeding any further.Next, I like the looks of these branches a lot. they do look very realistic- even close up- and there are a good number of little vines that come off with nice flexible wires inside. the surface as a nice feel to it as well, like a rough barky vine surface. the larger diameter parts of the vines are flexible also, not as much as the teeny parts but they are plenty bendable to do about whatever you'd really want to in terms of shaping them.one of the teeny ends of one of the finest wires did have about 2 inches of the bark outer coating come off, exposing the wire beneath. I just cut that little end off and you'd never notice it, it was quite insignificant.I'm really happy with what I got for the price. if you use if around creatures you really need to wash stuff first anyhow so it truly isnt any extra work and they do look nice. I'll attach photos later of the finished result. The images are AFTER I washed them. There was no leaf loss. The one with the bamboo leaves was in combination with a bamboo 3 foot aquarium plant.

Bad packaging, good product
When I bought this it was mostly just for the vines, which I’m very happy with! They are flexible, bend where you want them to without issue, and they accent my crested gecko’s tank quite nicely— I have no doubt he’ll enjoy climbing on them. The leaves were what got me. You know that scene in Christmas Vacation when Clark tells Rusty to untangle that enormous knot of lights? Yeah. I spent nearly half an hour untangling these vines from each other after taking them out of their package. When I was done, nearly half the leaves on each vine were crumpled from shipping and upon further inspection, some weren’t glued down right (see pictures). I was going to use them anyways, but my crested’s tank already has a ton of leaves so I’m going to store them in case I need them in the future. Besides the first issues I had with the leaves, they seem durable and like they could make great foliage when I decide to use them in the future.

GREAT VALUE!
Four items in one package, the branches were very nice and the vines are great, too. You can use together or separate. We were able to wrap vines around branches for snake (10 gal) and gecko (20 gal) tanks to provide stable climbing and cover, and still had more than enough vines left to naturalize the back of the turtle (20 gal) tank. Was worried about reviews that said leaves were crushed, and while some had creased -well, it came in a package, so duh! - I just moistened them a little and straightened them out. Was also worried about color running issue in turtle tank, but they have gotten wet and there has been no color loss, so yeah! I'm kinda picky and think they look great, do what I hoped and we got a lot for our money, so very happy with item.

Disappointed
They are easy to bend but leaves fall off and leaf vines are way to small for anything other then a baby to climb on. For the price, wasn't worth it

Overall great
Great product for the price! The only downside is they smell PUTRID when you first open. Definitely needs to be soaked for a while. Otherwise awesome!

Wonderful
Came in better than expected! The leaves are clothe luck, which I love. The branches are realistic and easy to bend and shape how you want. Only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is because they STINK. You should be washing everything new you put into your reptile’s tank but these had a noticeable odor when I took them out of the packaging.

Great item
I bought these to use for my lizards and it has been a hit. I like that I can easily reform them to keep things interesting for them. The leaves do take a bit longer to dry then I’d like but they are very strong because they try to pull them off to no success. All around a good product.
