I love these posts and have been using them for a while. They are the best deal I have found online and in store. I love that they come with the backs and the plastic for the ends which I use for shipping and on my dangle earrings. As much as I love these, they do sometimes arrive bent but it is easy to fix. I haven't noticed any tarnishing over the past few years and they are easy to glue! Pros: - Comes with post, back, and plastic backs - Does not tarnish - Easy to work with Cons: - Sometimes arrives bent but can be fixed with tools - Not super sturdy - Because they are smooth, the glue sometimes does not stick

The good thing is that these earrings come with two different back options. Half of the metal backs are smashed and I can't seem to get the posts through them, however, for those ones I just use the soft silicone backs. Considering these are 4mm, which is perfect for girls and little kids, that's a good thing. These also work well for small gemstone projects.

I bought 8mm version (4 and 6mm being too small). The post and earring back are strong, not puny at all. I am satisfied with this purchase. Although it’s only 50 pairs, I’d rather have less but in better quality.

They were smaller than I expected but that's on me, that's what I ordered. I attached them with Aleen's jewelry and metal glue (which I believe I purchased at Joann fabrics) and let it cure for at least 24 hours. The posts are attached securely but the backs are too small - I have to use larger ear nuts that belong with another larger set of posts. I also have some bullet backs with the surrounding rubber but they aren't going on very easily, either. I would suggest either drilling the hole a little wider or including a larger set of earnuts.
