Great bang for your buck watch strap!
I brought this watch strap last minute as my previous one had broken, wasn't expecting much other than it to be a quick replacement until i could find a more suitable one. But i was pleasantly surprised of the quality and how comfortable it was, the material felt as good as many other high end brands and looked the part on the watch. Great little find for a great price.

could be 5***** if only
Needed a strap to replace the one a recently purchased Parnis (Homage to Panarai) watch as the supplied deployment buckle was pants (it was difficult to open poorly constructed and uncomfortable) which is totally opposite to the actual watch which is superb but I digress. After initially looking to replace the actual deployment buckle rather than the whole strap (the supplied leather strap was nice it was the deployment buckle that was rubbish) the better option was to buy a whole new strap with the deployment buckle after browsing through the multitude that Amazon had on the site I decided on this one as i liked the contrasting white stitching and the polished deployment buckle which would match the polished finish of my watch. the strap arrived promptly well wrapped with the strap in its own waxed paper bag which had the strap and deployment buckle, instruction leaflet and two spring bars. The strap and the deployment buckle are both of a high quality and look very nice. The strap was easy to attach to the watch which uses screw in bars ( much nicer) as opposed to spring bars and it was just a matter off unscrewing and removing the bars from the lugs and the watch strap was free reverse the operation with the new strap and job done :0) it looks imo much nicer with the contrasting white stitching and the deployment buckle is much much nicer with a firm clicking action when closing and springs open when the side buttons are depressed. the only niggle I have hence the 4* rating instead of 5 is like another poster has highlighted the part of the deployment buckle that governs the length of the strap so it fits your wrist snuggly does not click and stay shut which means sometimes it moves to a different hole in the strap when you are putting the watch on which means its too slack and you have to start again by sliding the buckle yo the correct hole and holding the clap down while trying to fold the deployment buckle closed :0( and just as frustrating when you come t take the watch off if this clasp is undone the whole strap slides undone in an instant which if not aware of this issue could end up with your watch falling onto the floor :0( not a nice scenario not sure what causes this to happen could be because I use the second hole nearest to the watch on the strap and the leather is slightly more padded nearer the watch because when the strap is not inserted in the clasp it does click shut but once the strap is inserted in any hole it will not click shut maybe i have been unlucky and got a rouge one but other than that and having to be aware of the niggly little issue its a nice strap for the money sort the niggle out and its 5* without a doubt

Great quality at a fantastic price
For the money, this strap is exceptional value! I bought this to go on my Orient Bambino as the supplied strap was a bit too shiny for my tastes. The leather on this iStrap is a really good quality a nice matt finish. The deployant clasp itself, also feels solid and well constructed. On top of that, this comes with a spring bar tool (not the best quality but still...) and 4 spare spring bars. Again, for the money, I don't think this can be beaten.

Good value for money
Great strap that had good value for money. Didn't look cocky, was easy to use and install. However, the spring pins that came with it aren't great. I used the spring pins that came with my original strap. And In 7 months , there has been 4 occasions when the strap would open up because of the pinns . I wouldn't suggest using this with a very expensive watch.

Not lather
Having replaced many Citizen straps over 20 years this is definitely not a leather. Smells like typical polyurethane material. It does not have that distinct calf leather that quality straps do. On the plus side it looks nice. My old one broke so I am keeping it, but I will defiantly replace it with genuine leather one. Can not be bothered with return but thought why not share it. If you happy with plastic go for it as build quality is nice.

Quality item at a brilliant price
When the company that made my watch wanted £85 for a replacement strap, I looked for alternatives and found this one! Really well made, and exceptionally comfortable to wear. Also comes with 4 spring bars, and a tool to help fitting them. Would not expect to be buying from the watch manufacturer again, as I cannot see what, if anything, justifies the price they charge when compared with this one.

Good Quality & Great value leather watch strap
I bought a Seiko SNAF51P1 watch a few months ago and it came with a calf leather strap almost identical to this apart from a different clasp, however, the strap was so stiff it felt almost like hard plastic and no amount of bending, rolling and daily wearing would break-in the strap. Looking for an alternative but still wanting the same style, I decided to get this. I was slightly apprehensive due to the cheap price, but I am very surprised at the quality and feel of this strap. The genuine calf leather feels nice and soft, it is flexible and comfortable. It's significantly better than the Seiko calf leather strap. The push button butterfly deployant clasp is made from stainless steel and seems reasonably well made, clicking together reassuringly. Whilst the clasp is good enough for the price, It doesn't feel quite as substantial as my Citizens butterfly clasp. One slight annoyance I've noticed with wearing this strap over the past few days, is the clasp can occasionally cause slight discomfort on my wrist due to the sharpish corners of the clasp design digging into my skin. This doesn't occur when wearing the watch tight, but I always prefer to wear my watches loose - It only occurs in one particular position, so I can move it around. It's not a deal breaker, but something definitely worth mentioning. Overall, I'm happy with it and can recommend it.

This watch strap was made of good quality for price leather and of good construction. Worth the money.

Never expected that elegance and neat, perfectly packed band, and premium quality, if I have another watch that needs a band, would never hesitate buying it again. Thanks Amazon for the great experience.

~1-MONTH UPDATE: Much to my surprise, this strap has performed extremely well - so well, in fact, that I bought an identical one for another watch. I've gotten a lot of compliments from people, and they all seem surprised that it cost <$20. So far, there's no significant wear despite daily use. Definitely recommend! ORIGINAL REVIEW: When looking at a strap like this, I think it's important to keep in mind what you're getting and, more importantly, what you're not. What you're getting is almost certainly a relatively low quality strap that is likely to have durability issues. You're not getting the same quality materials that you would probably expect from a $200-300 OEM strap. Instead, you're getting relatively low quality leather and likely low quality materials for the clasp mechanism that, while they look nice, are unlikely to be nearly as durable as a more expensive strap. With that said, I'm happy with the quality of the strap for the price. Here are my thoughts: - The leather looks nice but is extremely stiff; while this is to be expected with an alligator-like style, I suspect that this is also due to the relatively low quality of the leather used. There is absolutely no give in the leather, and it's not supple in the slightest. The strap is extremely difficult to bend as there is almost no give because of the stiffness. I suspect that if you were to fully bend the strap, it would likely leave clear creases in the leather. - The clasp and buckle works as expected, but as noted above the materials feel extremely cheap and lightweight, and I expect durability to be an issue. With a <$20 strap I wouldn't expect anything different, and I expect that this strap will likely need to be replaced again in the relatively near future, especially with heavy use. However, the clasp does work as advertised, and I haven't had any trouble with the button mechanism releasing the clasp when pressed or with the clasp spontaneously coming loose so far. - The size of the band is as advertised. I got a 22mm strap and it fit the lugs on my watch perfectly. - I absolutely love leather straps with the metal clasps: the leather strap makes the watch much lighter than a full metal band and I just prefer the look of a leather strap over a metal bracelet, but the clasp mechanism reduces wear on the leather since you're not having to constantly pull the strap to put the watch on/off. As above, the steel used on the clasp mechanism is very thin and lightweight, and I bet I could probably bend it just with the force of my hands. This obviously raises durability concerns. - Aesthetically, the strap does look quite nice. Seen in passing, it looks like a high-quality, OEM strap that you might see on a nicer watch. The key issue here will be how it wears with time, and I don't expect that it will wear nicely, but out of the packaging, it looks great. - I've only worn my watch after replacing the strap for a day, but it has been comfortable to wear so far. The leather is so stiff that it actually creaks a little bit when moved, but other than that I haven't had any issues. As I mentioned above, the clasp stays securely shut and I haven't had an issue with the clasp abruptly coming open during regular use. - The packaging did include a spring bar tool and some extra spring bars, so if you don't have either, you're covered here. I ended up buying a separate spring bar tool and used that, so I can't comment on the quality of the tool, though it looks and feels quite cheap, and the other tool that I bought cost more than the entire cost of this strap. I also used the original spring bars that came with the watch since I still had them, so I can't comment on the quality of those either. For one-off use the included tool is probably fine, but you find yourself replacing watch straps with any degree of regularity, you'd probably be better served buying a higher quality tool separately. Should you buy this strap? That's a difficult question, and it depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking for a strap that is likely to last quite a long time, this almost certainly isn't going to be the strap for you. I haven't had the strap long enough to comment on long-term durability (I will update this review if/when I have any issues), but at this price point and based on my impression of the materials, I think there's zero chance that this strap is going to last a long time. You should expect that you will need to replace this strap at some point in the future, especially if you wear your watch regularly. However, for a <$20 strap, I'm satisfied with the product as a whole: it looks nice (for now) and functions as advertised, and it's better than the strap it replaced, which was entirely broken and made my watch unwearable. If you set your expectations accordingly and understand that you're not getting the quality of an original OEM strap that costs $200 or more, then this is a great product for the price (as long as it lasts more than a couple of months).

Leather strap is good, Leather is nice. However on my Cartier Tank L it does not fit nicely on my 18cm wrist at all. It's to short. The clasp is on the side of my wrist almost. Also I had to swap my original clasp in as the butterfly clas on one side does not stay closed at all. The fixed side stays locked in place until pressed, but the side with the stem get's opened/loosened with a very slight tug... All in all, great looking bracelet and set but clasp quality is un-usable and did not meet expectations.
