Madhava Raw Agave Nectar 23.5 oz

I was looking for something to use instead of honey. I'm allergic to honey and I'm also diabetic so I don't use regular sugar. I was getting tired of the aftertaste from artificial sweeteners so I tried agave nectar. Originally I tried a different brand and I tried a light version. It was more expensive and hardly tasted sweet. I decided to try this and can't get enough. I've already ordered more. I'm going to try to get my husband to try it since he's diabetic also. My teas taste so much better with this in it. I'd also like to use it for baking. I'm sure that will be awesome.

Pleasing taste. Was satisfied with this product. Taste much better than the amber version of the same product . Get this one instead.

Thus far, I've tried a number of "agave nectar" products and Madhava makes the best by far. I'm trying to keep my sugar in control for my health and the low glycemic attributes are helpful, but after all this is sugar in a bottle. I find that a little goes a long way. My wife likes to use it in her coffee and tea. I use it in iced tea and occasionally use agave nectar to add sweetness to recipes. The dark agave nectar reminds me of the caramel for caramel popcorn. That's my take on it anyway.

I've tried different brands of agave sweeteners. This is one of the best I've found. Mild taste, good price, fast delivery; great buy! I've already reordered my second bottle.

partly chose this brand because of the easier to use and clean bottlecap..however bottle cap is not same as in pic! its the typical flat top ketchup looking one that gets sticky and eventually hard to open, especially when you have issues with lack of finger strength.. pics realllly need to be updated when product look changes, some of us with issues shop for ease of use and use pics to help us choose..will update on taste and all later when i end up using it in recipe i got it to use as a subsitute to real sugar.. i have never tried raw version so am kinda wondering if the tiny soapy bubbles look on top, that has yet to disappear after sitting for almost a day, is normal?? eitherway, from reviews i gather its going to be delicious. the four stars only is because of bottle top not being as advertised.

I was expecting to receive exactly what I saw online in Amazon and have been using. The one I received did not look anything like that bottle, the one advertised and the one that I had from a previous purchase. I had a friend, Gayle Ricks, to order too because she saw where it was low glycemic, which was the selling point. One wrote: Disappointed.

Ordered based on distinction of “RAW” because that’s the style I prefer; however, the bottles that arrived are not labeled as such. This is the second time this has happened. So the label and what is delivered is not the same. What’s the deal with this?
