Wire is defective not good, Overall machine is good.
Writing review after 1 month of usage, machine wire defective, I changed it within one month, sound quality is good. Machine is working fine.

Hi purchased for my father upto 10 days its worked normal, after this it started the noise like shhhhhhhhh, after this thought of this is a waste of money, there is no proper service also, before buying i thought that it may last for a year, but within 1 month it shown its true features battery also consumes more even for 1 volume.

Useful device for a low price
It is a simple amplifier. Useful for people with hearing loss. It amplifies background noises also, but that's to be expected in a device so inexpensive. For reference, people doing your audiometry will recommend hearing aids costing 8,000 to 45,000 (for a pair.)
