This is a remarkable remedy that can cut short the time required to recover from muscle overuse/strain and from injuries to tendons and ligaments. Recently, I had significant pain in my hand after a couple of fingers were stretched beyond their normal range while playing (american) football. We had to go on a camping trip the next day. I was worried that my injury would interfere with the trip. Took Arnica 200c(1 dose) before going to bed. Wasn't expecting a miracle. But the next morning, the pain was significantly less. As the day progressed, my hand got so much better that I forgot it was injured the previous day. Amazing! Would the recovery have been as fast without Arnica? Maybe. But I seriously doubt. I've noticed that the 200c potency works much better for me than the 30c.

Arnica is an amazing product for inflammation and bruising. Been using for years use after surgeries.

This was recommended to me by a doctor after a recent surgery. My bruising and swelling clearly went away a bit quicker than expected for my particular procedure. I am not sure if that is only coincidence, but I do lean more towards the Arnica Montana providing me with a little boost. Whether it really works or not, the product did not have any noticeable side-effects, and it actually tasted pretty good (like a not so sweet candy).

I recommend this product for anyone that has bruising or is going to have some type of facial aesthetic and you know it’s gonna bruising. This is great for quick healing.
