Marvel Black Panther Legends Series Iron Man, 6-inch

i love this figure,the way it looks,the way it feels in hand is just a great addition to anybodies collection.the colors are nice and the paint job isn't to off just a little in the arc reactor i took a pencil and filled out some of the line work on him.the extra tony stark head is very real looking,the plug in effects are cool,the arm cannon is a bit much,the only real bummer are the open hands don't move up and down any i wish they would have included a pair of open fisted hands.over all a great figure and with the stark head on the body even better looking than the helmuted version,the arms move up,down,and around,has an abe crunch,swivel waist,the legs go up,down,out to the side for the full splits,upper thigh cut,double jointed knees,the feet goes up,down and pivots.a great buy thank you for reading this long winded review,bye for now.

Marvel Legends are a series of Hasbro action figures based on a wide range of Marvel characters. The figures are mainly focused at collectors who will likely display them for others to see. This reason is why I get them occasionally, but if you did want to get these for your kid, they're solid toys as well. The figures themselves are really great and highly detailed, which is why with this figure I will have six total Legends in my collection. This particular figure was released as a part of the Black Panther Build-A-Figure Okoye wave, and is based upon the Iron Man armor from Brian Michael Bendis' Invincible Iron Man series. I really loved this armor design when it first came out and I'm happy to now have a figure of it. It's incredibly accurate with a great level of movement. The packaging is good as well. My only real complaint would be that the figure I got, the left shoulder is a bit loose. That's not Amazon's fault however, it's just the gamble you run when buying a figure that's likely been shipped multiple times before it reaches you. Overall, I recommend this figure, and these types of figures in general. 5/5

I love this run of invincible iron man, I love this suit in the comics, and I love this figure. There isn't much detail needed so it looks perfect and the articulation is great. No reused parts as far as I know. It comes with a comic book Tony stark head, alternate hands, and a blaster, so great articulation, great detail, great paint job, a handful of accessories what's not to love.

It’s perhaps the best Ironman /tony stark figure so far in terms of sculpt and paint .This iron figure could be the best iron man figure released so far up to date in my humble opinion .Its feels like it jumped out of the comic books and ready for action and that’s a good feeling .I am very very happy to have this guy and thank you Hasboro for making a nice Ironman after a long time .

Got my 3yr old for a pee potty present. He says look he has the Tony Stark head. Boy how you know his name. He has taken very good care of don't give extra pieces parent changes. He had never been one to put stuff in mouth much but still have to watch as it is small. Fast shipping all 😊 happy

I really like this Iron Man. I've been collecting Marvel Legends in general, and Iron Man in particular since 2002, and can say this is one of my favorites. My only gripe is that the repulsor hands only peg in the wrist of the toy and lack the hinge joint (although the fists do have that joint), but it is only a minor annoyance. I'd say this is my 2nd favorite* Iron Man I've collected in the last 15 yrs. I'd recommend this figure for any Iron Man or ML fan/collector. * My favorite is the classic Iron Man hasbro made several years ago, and it holds as my #1 Iron Man because that is my favorite armor model*

This is an average Iron Man figure that has a great aesthetic and real shelf appeal let down massively by stiff joints and QC issues. It is based on the armour seen in Brian Michael Bendis’ Invincible Iron Man run. Out of the box you get the figure, two blast effects, two fisted hands, two repulsor blast hands and a wrist mounted cannon. The blast effects can port into the repulsor blast hands, the feet or the cannon. The figure should have come with more blast effects to add further possibilities for posing. I did manage to get him in a decent hovering/firing pose using an off-brand stand and an extra blast effect from another Iron Man figure I had lying around. The cannon is a bit of a nothing accessory but it’s hard to complain about extra accessories. There is very little paint on this figure but what is there is reasonably well applied for the most part, I particularly like the grey parts between the plates around the neck and shoulders. I have some paint issues on the repulsor hands, where the gold just isn’t where it’s supposed to be. I also have some gold on the grey parts of the shoulder joints that isn’t supposed to be there. The arc reactors on the hands and chest are spot on though. The figure is mostly red plastic and mine is unfortunately very marbled, more so than is really acceptable in a modern figure but at a distance it’s not too noticeable. I would also say that the shade of red is perfect, exactly the kind of bright shade I want my Iron Man figures to be, its not at all dull like some of the MCU based figures. The real showpiece for this figure is the Tony Stark head sculpt, Hasbro has nailed it with this one, giving us a near perfect likeness of the Tony seen in the comic upon which it is based. I haven’t actually displayed the figure with the Iron Man helmet on since purchase and only swapped it out for the photos in this review. In fact, the sculpt work is all generally very good; the figure is not at all overdesigned. The other major selling point comes (for me) with a caveat. The figure is incredibly well articulated, only butterfly joints in the shoulders and a better spaced ab crunch could improve on the body Hasbro has used, but to get him posed prepare to have to fight him; his joints are very stiff! Once posed though, he is very stable on his feet for a Marvel Legends figure, this is mostly due to an excellent ankle-rocker combined with wide feet. In the end though, the QC issues and difficulty posing make this an average Marvel Legend instead of a good one. Had I spent the £20 RRP instead of £11 including postage, I’d have been left feeling shortchanged. Buy it if you want an Iron Man that really pops on the shelf, you might be lucky and get one with looser joints and fewer QC issues.

The first Marvel Legends Iron Man I've ever seen that doesn't look completely ridiculous for some reason or another. And on top of that - he looks GREAT. Very nicely sculpted, like he walked right out of the comics. The only real issue is that his chest is a bit too narrow and he is a bit too tall, but these are easily overlooked. The alternate Tony head in particular is very faithful to the Artwork of David Marquez. Articulation and paint are pretty standard, but well done. The whole package comes together in making one incredible Iron Man figure. Definitely buy this!
