Stay on the fingertips well and light resistance
Best I've used so far, a lot of these finger extensor bands want to slip off the fingertips which is very frustrating (I've tried the regular rubberband style ones and the ones that look sorta like brass knuckles). Or they're just too strong to get a good range of motion with the fingers. These are a little tacky which really helps them stay in position and the bands all pulling toward the middle rather than across fingers makes for a much smoother resistance curve. I have a decently strong grip but very weak extension strength so the weakest band, this yellow one, is just right for my weaker hand. These strengths should be a good starting place for most people just looking to rehab, if you've already been training extension strength you may want to go for their stronger bands. Very happy with these! Only small downside is not having a set to work both hands at once.

nice and easy for weaken/injured hands
Purchased these after returning another set of finger bands that were simply impossible for my injured fingers to use, even at the lightest weight. This pack's yellow band is very lightweight, very low resistance. Perfect weight to start. Easy to use, easy to carry around, and discreetly exercise multiple times per day. The yellow does get dingy with use, though. My hands felt stronger after only a week, and I was able to step up the orange band which still feels pretty challenging. That's ok, it's a finger exercise, not a deadlift!

Good exercise
The differences between the three "stars" are significant enough to be very noticeable. Putting these on fingers is a bit tough, but using these to strengthen fingers works well.

Work really well
My physical therapist recommended days to help with hand strength, and they've been great. They don't slide down my fingers while I'm using them, and the progressive strength of the rubber lets me advance gradually. I've noticed a difference after just a couple of weeks.

Just ok but could just be me
I don’t have any means of comparison, but they seem a bit flimsy to me. I need them for hand exercises but they get tangled when I take my hands out and it’s not easy to get them back to their original shape quickly. Not totally impressed.

Perfect for me. The end of 25+ years of pain!
I had thumb surgery many years ago for stenosing tenosynovitis (trigger finger if it is a finger that's affected). The tendon for my thumb popped when I extended it or curled it back. It became very painful over time. The surgeon slit open the sheath of the tendon and relieved the problem. Since the surgery my thumb has gotten more and more painful and it's difficult to use it... even to hold a pen and write a note. I was playing around with a rubber band the other day and figured out that I needed new exercises to take away the pain. This product is superb and just what I needed! I am starting with the Yellow-- the easiest and will work my way slowly to the hardest. As a person who has lived with thumb pain and disability of my thumb for about 25 years, I am convinced that this is the treatment. Funny that none of my doctors ever thought of it or suggested it. Kudos!!

Fantastic product. Easy to use anywhere. Right resistance for me.
Bought these for my 8 yr old niece, whose hands don’t have the strength they should. She immediately tried them out and pointed out how she could wear them while playing with her iPad (pinch-to-zoom - LOL). The three resistances - Low, Low/Med and Med were the right resistance for her. I tried them to see if they’d help for stiffening/slightly inflamed knuckles and the Low/Med and Med worked perfectly. Within three reps I could feel my hand starting to strain a little to keep stretching out. Afterwards it felt more relaxed and my hand functioned more smoothly. I like having the flexibility to double as hands strengthen.

Worth it for convenience
They’re kind of sticky feeling, and the loops with pull tabs for the fingers make it really easy to put them on. So they don’t slip off your fingers in the highly aggravating way that regular rubber bands do. Worth it for the ease of use if you’re rehabbing or really plan to use them daily.
