I have read several books by the big guys in Real Estate and although I got value out of all of them, I feel as a newer agent this is the best book I have seen. I think it is the best blend of the need of building a data base but with practical info on how to make that happen with prospecting that works for you and your style. I bought the Kindle to start but just now ordered the paperback because I want to go back and high-light it as I read it again.

Wade Webb has been a fantastic mentor for numerous people in the Okanagan. I've never had the opportunity to work with him myself, but this book shows a little bit about why his brokerage is so successful.

This book should be in every Realtor's library. Straightforward no nonsense - this book will not only make you money - it will help you save it too.

If you are new agent and want real information about how to deal in the trenches, this is a good place to start. Real ideas. Not positive thinking and motivational quotes. Ideas on how to talk to clients, how to position property for sale, how to be creative with open houses. Real tips that yoi can use right away as you get started.

"Lazy"? This is a pretty good book for a very hard working agent, or one that wants to work hard. If that's you, maybe you should check this one out.

This book is awesome for someone who is starting out in the Real Estate sales industry and also for someone who just can't figure out what changes they need to make to make their business grow. It has great ideas on marketing, relationship building, and focusing on the daily basic activites. It's a quick read so don't hesitate in buying. I was afraid this book will just motivate me to keep doing better by giving examples of successful people. But it's the total opposite. It's a successful Broker guiding us how to use our time and plan our daily activities. I gave it 5 stars because it's a simole straight forward book with no drama.

I loved reading this book cover to cover. It is full of very specific measurable strategies for success in real estate!
