Great trash can, folds well, has an easy lid and i love that you can snap the bags in place so there are no spills, plus it loops around the center console and goes well in the back seat in the middle. I just close the console lid and it’s good to go! You could also wrap it around the shifter and put in the passenger side but I préférer it in behind the centre console on the floor between the 2 back seats. It’s great! I added a few extra bags to the bottom in case I run out there’s extra in there beneath the fresh bag that’s tied in. Holds about 2/3 of a plastic shopping bag size. I just the old grocery bags but they’re not fully opened inside yet they fit perfectly. Easy to remove, and empty without spilling. Velcro closes the lid or if you hate the lid it just comes off. Or you can leave 1 side off to use like an open/close lid. Sorry, So hard to get a pic of this but it’s pure black, the light was shining weird shadows in my pic because it’s under a dog barrier-net-thing.

You get what you ask for and this was very nice. I like it.

I bought this for a 5,300 mile road trip I was driving solo and installed it in my Highlander. After this trip, I plan to keep this in my car permanently. Pros: Compost “trash” bags fit this car trash bag holder perfectly. The car trash bag has two snaps that snap through the garbage bags to hold them in place. The car trash bag strap fits around the “lid” of my console without interfering with using the console storage The trash is still easily reachable from the front seats for me. It might not be reachable from front seats for everyone. Cons: The seller shows this bag being installed with the strap around the gear shift handle. Never, ever install it that way! Even if there’s only light weight in the trash, I would never want something installed around the gear handle. The installing strap should be longer to allow for different installations. While the two snaps generally hold the trash bag in place, two more snaps would make it more secure. Overall, this trash bag holder worked great on my trip and I’ll keep it in my car.

Easy to clean and holds quite a bit. But the Velcro strap broke off almost immediately, so not very durable. I still use it but it has a tendency to topple now.

Fits perfect in between the front seat and back seat in my 2025 Santa Cruz. It's nice that the inside is something that can be easily cleaned out wiped out.

Never thought I needed this untill I had 2 young children. It’s well made, good size and great way to fasten the bin into position. The Velcro fastening goes most of the length of the bin on the inside making it very secure and the strap being long makes it very easy to place in different places. I have looped ours through the straps of our back seat organisers in between the 2 front seats and it stays securely in the middle. Great that it collapses flat if you wanted to put away. Very pleased with the purchase, hopefully more rubbish will land in the bin rather than the floor now!

Not as rigid as I hoped

Returning due to the incorrect size. It clearly states it is 1.8gallons but when you see it next to the 1.25L bottle. It clearly isn’t close to 6.8L that would have been perfect for my car. It is sturdy and as pictured… Also, I noticed a strong tobacco smoke smell inside it, that I guess with some sunshine and light it would air out ok… but for me the size is why I chose this one and not another. So back it goes.

Es ist für mich nicht erklärlich, dass Autos mit jedem unnützen Müll wie Sitzkühlungen, Ambientlicht und mit jeglichem überflüssigen, digitalen Schrott ausgeliefert werden, aber eine seit Beginn des Autobaus notwendige Grundfunktion, welche man wirklich oft braucht, wie beispielweise ein Mülleimer, bei nicht bei einem mir bekannten Fahrzeug enthalten ist. Es musste also eine Lösung her, da die Auto Designer das einfach nicht auf die Reihe kriegen. Ich war zwar etwas skeptisch, da es sich um ein Chinaprodukt handelt und der Preis schon auf Minderwertigkeit oder wenigsten kurze Haltbarkeit schließen ließ. Dann wurde ich aber doch sehr positiv überrascht. Der Mülleimer ist relativ stabil, die Befestigungsmöglichkeiten sind durchdacht und die Wasserdichtigkeit ist gegeben. Die Haptik ist vergleichbar mit einem stabilen, steifen Rucksack. Wenn man ihn ihn nicht braucht, kann man ihn auch problemlos falten und beispielsweise in der Reserveradmulde oder einfach unter dem Sitz oder in den Pompadourtaschen auf der Rückseite der Sitze unterbringen. Den schlechten Geruch kann ich nicht gar bestätigen. Das Teil riecht zwar nach "neu", aber nicht mehr als alle anderen neuen Teile aus Plastik auch. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich auch noch nichts sagen, aber zumindest wirkt alles angemessen stabil. Die Befestigung war weder im VW Amarok, noch in der Mercedes E-Klasse ein Problem. Da kann ich die schlechten Bewertungen diesbezüglich nicht nachvollziehen. Ggf. folgt noch ein update zur Haltbarkeit. Die Größe ist für ein Auto vollkommen ausreichend bemessen. Sie entspricht in etwas der eines Badezimmermülleimers und dürfte für eine Urlaubsfahrt mit 4 Personen ausreichend sein. Wo auch sollte man im Auto ein noch größeres Behältnis unterbringen? Für wen das nicht ausreicht, der sollte sich einfach einmal Gedanken über die Menge des von ihm produzierten Mülls machen. Zur Not muss man eben mal zwischendurch ausleeren. Dass müsste man beispielsweise mit dem Aschenbecher ja auch machen. Schließlich soll der Müll wenigstens bei uns auch nicht ewig im Auto bleiben. Das schimmelt und stinkt ja irgendwann, vor allem im Sommer. Passende kleine Mülltüten für den Mülleimer kann man im Auto ja ebenfalls problemos sogar im Handschuhfach mitführen. Also falls erforderlich an der Raststätte kurz aussteigen, Müll wegbringen und alles ist wieder gut. Zusammenfassend bin ich bisher rundum mit dem Produkt zufrieden. Der Preis im Verhältnis zum Produkt geht ebenfalls in Ordnung.
