Q: Can you make this without milk or butter like you would the little individual cups for dieting purposes?

I have taken to making it this no-drain way: add pasta to the pan with two cups of water. Bring to light boil and cook about 8 minutes. The water will be mostly absorbed with a bit remaining. Stir in two tablespoons powdered coffee creamer and the cheese. Stir till blended. No milk. No butter. I do like to add 1/2 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper. Hope you like this!
