Good cubes are ashy though , can get your and half out of them . No cracking or breaking. No harsh smell when lightning

I’ve purchased this product twice, The first time they were good quality, and a good price. The second time they are not the same the quality. They become white and ashy very quickly, and do not produce the same heat. I will not purchase them a third time.

I know this brand, good quality, maybe it shipped poorly, maybe handling was rough, but the bag was filled with coal dust, the box was open inside, the bag torn... it doesn't make the coal unusable, but cocourth makes clean coal. Never any residue on them, this has been put through a blender. Poor form. Not pleased, but not so unhappy as to return.

Used to be my go to charcoal, however the latest 10kg purchase I made is complete garbage. No heat output and the charcoal ashes waay too much, pretty much half of the charcoal is left in the burner as ashes by the time it's fully lit. This wasn't the case in previous orders, will be looking for a new brand from now on.
