The power of NLP
This book is about managing stress using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and it talks about various techniques that can be used daily to manage stress and remain calm. It explains how adopting NLP helps reduce stress levels and how this positively affects your general wellbeing. Various NLP techniques are explained like cycle of excellence, timeline therapy technique, tapping, present moment awareness, meditation among others. It is a good book and I would recommend it to people suffering from stress and counselors.

Interesting
I've heard a couple of times about NLP and I've read few books as well...every time a new book came, new knowledge I gained and understood more and more. One thing I love more Ian's book is the therapy technique & meditation it really helps me much.

Ian Tuhovsky appears not to have any qualifications in the field of NLP.
Books written by Ian Tuhovsky are the most disappointing books I have come across in the field of NLP. The author has nothing new or insightful to add to the NLP field. It appears his never been a trainer in NLP which explains why his books are so short. He's really got nothing to say in a subject his not demonstrated that he's educated in.

Very Interesting and inspiring read
I purchased this book because I am always looking for ways to better my life. As an American we have some of the highest reported stress levels in the world and finding ways to help deal with this and live a more stress free life are vital! I had never heard of NLP or using NLP for stress management until coming across this book. I like that it gives me an understanding of what NLP is and how I can use it to manage my daily stresses better. I look forward to reading more books about this subject from this author as he has a great writing style that will appeal to almost anyone.

Relaxing and Sleep Companion
As someone who doesn't get that much sleep, the techniques in here allow me to take some "power naps", and there are nice music links in here that deal with sound therapy are nice to listen to for a relaxing moment. Lots of stuff in here worth checking out and an interesting alternative to using traditional methods for relaxation.

I really enjoyed reading this book, it has certainly opened my eyes to becoming more stress free!!Great information and very insightful. I really liked how the author explained the great advice in this book.I really recommend this book!!

Great tips
This book is very helpful for me in dealing with stress in another way through NLP. Very different from other stress management books that I read. Useful tips & easy to understand.

NPL: Stress Management - Very helpful!
This book explains what NLP is and how you can use it in a variety of purposes such as weight loss to overcoming phobias, it is that powerful and it can even help you manage stress with it! This book explains how you can implement the techniques and methods of NLP into your daily life to utilise it dealing with stress.There are a lot of benefits minimising stress levels and will help you become a healthier person, help you improve all of your relationships as you will be stressed free to have the energy to put into other people and also achieving your goals!There are many methods explained in this book, which you can use very easily by following it.I would recommend this book to those looking to manage their stress levels using NLP as I have found it very useful using some of these techniques myself, it has really made me sleep better and more cheerful than I was previously being stressed out with work all the time! Great Book!

don't buy this book. Its a waste of money
I thought it would be a book not just a few pages (49) in broad and big writing. Those few pages doesn't contain anything of use for me. Nothing in this book is knowledgeable.

Good introduction to NLP
I have been interested in NLP for some time,so I bought a book rather than an ebook).Because traditional books cost more,they are normally longer and more complex.As a result I gave up on the book as it was so complicated.When I saw this ebook by Ian,I was delighted to buy it.I found it very easy to read and he manages to make NLP interesting and easy to understand.A good read
