All players from say 6th grade up should be reading this book, so easy to follow, so spot on. As a coach of over 15 years, I still use the key principles discussed in this book! fantastic.

Thanks Coach!
This is one of the best books about basketball for youth ever written. Coach Devenzio operated in a different realm than the rest of us coaches, as reflected in this work and the Point Guard College he founded. A deep bow to an extraordinary talent and a fascinating book.

After 10 years of coaching this book is still teaching me new things!
I bought this book for my son but, as a coach, I am reading it more than he is right now! There are a lot of good tips and insights you just can't find anywhere else. I highly recommend the book.

AWESOME!!
AWESOME!!! I initially purchased for my son. I started reading it in order to have a better discussion with him and end up ordering a copy for myself. as the information is truly remarkable and as a coach, It opened my eyes to things that was put in the closet which I deemed to be not so important.... Every player serious about the game should read.

Coach-approved
This was a gift for my son who is a high school basketball coach. He has a very competitive spirit and enjoys reading to gain knowledge and understanding; he requested this particular book and has had nothing but positive comments since reading it.

Must-Read for Players and Coaches
Every player needs to read this. I am a head high school girls coach and have recommended this book to all players as a summer reading 'assignment'. Worth every penny.

Recommended to anyone interested in ball
A brilliant book and worth reading for anyone that is even remotely interested in improving. Not so much a book as a collection of "the little things" that are often either not mentioned or completely overlooked during practice but ones that can make all the difference. You can pretty much open any page and learn something new from this book, even if you've read it already, so much so that this is actually my 2nd copy after having read, loaned and lost the original.

and he really enjoyed it, and its a part of his pregame ...
I gave this book to my son, and he really enjoyed it, and its a part of his pregame ritual now to read a chapter before the game.

Amazing
I play a lot of pick up basketball but never have been coached in any way, so I'm basically self-taught. Clubs and teaching offers are usually targeted at young players so since I started to play middle-aged it's hard to receive valuable instruction apart from internet resources (e.g. Youtube). But this book is amazing, it contains so many useful tips and little gold nuggets of information. In the months since I got it I can feel that my game has become much better. Of course reading a book cannot improve your physical prowess or your technical skills but it really changed my perspective of the game, and my judgement and decision making has improved a lot. Some bits should be taken with a grain of salt but overall it's an amazing source of information.I definitely recommend this book for anyone who wants to improve their game, all the positive reviews are telling the truth.

Excellent Book!
I picked this up for my kids who are crazy into basketball. They all read it from cover to cover and I will often see them out on the court with it during practice. A really great book with SO much helpful information on SO many different levels. Honestly, would list it in the "must" have category if you are at all into basketball.
