Excellent, gift-worthy knife. Add in a plate, coin and a glass box for a wow inspiring promotion gift. Mirror polish was perfect! Knurling on handle felt good in the hand.

I did buy this device from another online vendor the seller uses, and not here on Amazon. Since I am in the USA, it took not quite 3 weeks for this to ship across the pond, which is not bad at all for a postal parcel. It is a very well made dagger, and seems very true to the original. If you look on Wikipedia, there is a schematic of the WWII design, and this knife’s point of balance seems to be exactly where it should be. The fit of the solid brass handle is tight and very clean (the peened butt end is smooth and nicely finished off over the handle nut). And the handle knurling is clean and very well done. I have a couple of other modern productions of this type of dagger, but this is the most authentic in appearance. Admittedly, this has a high polish blade, while the original would not have, but this is a reproduction, not a relic. Other than that it seems very true to that which it is reproducing and is not merely a Fairbairn-sykes “like” modern dagger. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for a modern reproduction of this iconic WWII combat dagger. I particularly like the brass handle - it is really well done.

For me the handle is to small in diameter for my hand..not their fault!!! Buy a custom knife!!! It is very close to the original.. I would buy it again. Knurled finish and shine and finish is fantastic.thanks.
