Park Tool Emergency Tyre Boot -

This is something I hope never have to use but bought it just in case..from a very reputable brand at a good price.doesnt take up any room to carry around in my bike tool kit

These are handy things to take on a ride as part of your kit, they are only a temporary fix to get you home. I take an inner tube but also one of these. Handy if something puts a small hole in your tire or a split in the side leaving your inner tube more exposed, I had to use one once and it did get me 17 miles home so always part of my kit now

I put one of these on a ripped tyre just before descending Mont Ventoux at 45mph and I'm still here, able to write this review. So they do the job!

Does not stick to the tyre at all! Waste of money, glad i tried before being in an emergency

Good size and light weight, easy to pack in pocket or bag. Will be worth having if you tear the tyre side wall

Seems like all are old stock. The glue does not stick at all , even after cleaning tire surface with isopropyl and applying there is no stickiness to the glue. probably glue has lost its strength. should not be selling these. please remove from amazon. complete waste of money and time. DONT BUY

I purchased these well over 2 years ago and carry one in my repair kit along with some cash and bandaids. I ran over glass that sliced my road bike tire and tube. Continental GP 5000 with 90/lbs of air pressure. I pressed the patch in place, pumped the new tube and so far ( fingers crossed) it works. I've put another 60 miles in since the repair a few days ago. All seems good. Eventually, I'll get a new tire and move the damaged one to my winter trainer. The patch works. Highly suggested.
