it's hard to beat all that you're getting at this incredibly low price!
I would recommend this knife to anyone looking for an inexpensive, Kephart-style utility knife that is equally useful in the woods, a camp kitchen, the garden or in your shop. The construction is nice and solid and the high carbon stainless steel is easy to sharpen. Though the knife came sharp out the box, the edge was a little uneven, so I had to rework it for a few minutes on my diamond stone. My only qualm with this knife was that it didn't fit in the leather sheath that it came with because the opening was too narrow to accommodate the knife handle. Solution: I had to open the top leather stitches and cut out a small piece of the black foam that holds the sheath together (see picture on the left.) All that aside, I'm really happy with the knife and am enjoying using it for diverse jobs. This really is a great value purchase if you like rustic, historic style knives. Recomended.

Great knife. Is the holster real leather?
For the price, this is a good knife. You get decent quality steel. A full tang with pins holding it instead of glue. As long as it holds a decent enough edge, I'd say this is pretty much the best option at this price range on Amazon. As a question to the seller, though. Is this real genuine leather for the holster? I've got it tied up now to wet form it to the blade for a more snug fit. But if its not real leather it won't hold the shape. If i get an answer, and its real leather, I will change my review to 5 stars

Definitely worth it.
Alright, so it's a $10 Pakistani knife. Adjust your expectations accordingly. I think it's pretty awesome for the money. It's got a Kephart vibe. A solid, sexy lookin' hunk of steel. As others have mentioned, the leather sheath alone would likely cost more than the knife/sheath combo your looking at here. It's (the sheath) super nice - thick and well-stitched. As for the pretty handle (which caught my eye immediately in the pictures), it has a few minor imperfections, but nothing that can't be easily corrected with a little sandpaper and steel wool. A couple of the small diameter brass pins on either side protrude a bit, but hardly enough to complain. Believe it when others tell you that this blade will come to you completely and totally dull. Wow. It took some time to get this up to snuff, but it did take an edge. In fact, I got it pretty dang sharp. As to whether it will retain that level of sharpness after a few tasks has yet to be seen. Just buy the thing. For less than a fast food value meal, you'll get a decent knife and an even more decent leather sheath. See it as an opportunity to learn how to sharpen a blade. Buy it for a kid, keep it in your vehicle, or use it as a tool box/beater knife.

Great for the price …
The knife itself is sturdy and strongly made, not a work of art, which is how I like my knives because I’m going to use them, not hang them on the wall or put them in a glass case. I like the feel and the heft, and the drop point is perfect. The sheath is kinda sorta ok, but not as strongly made as the knife. The leather is a little thin and the filler strip (that keeps you from cutting the threads) is not leather at all, but some kind of rubber. For me, that’s ok, as I plan to make a sheath to suit that hangs lower and covers more of the handle. To sum up, if you need a solid workman’s knife that will give you good service for a reasonable price, this is it.

Great knife at a low price.
I see reviews every where about this knife and sheath, mostly unfavorable, but I disagree. The one I bought was used, price was $10.00 instead of $13.00. came to me in the box, which was a little rough, but the knife and sheath were wrapped like new, even had the plastic point protector on the blade. Knife was sharp, not shaving sharp but good enough to cut most anything. Sheath was good quality leather, not Italian leather but well stitched cow Hyde that the knife fit perfectly. My opinion, can't be at it for good quality at this price point. Highly recommend it.

It’s a nice knife
This is definitely a sweet budget knife that is suitable for just about any light around the campfire type of work you might need a blade for. If that’s what you’re after and like the unusual aesthetic of this blade, I’d say get it! The Good The whole knife is just appealing to me. Its comfortable to hold, the handle and blade proportions are great and the sheath is a good fit. I LOVE the sheath for this knife. The leather is aged and worn looking and has a nice stamp pattern on it. The knife sits nice and deep in the sheath. It’s not going to fall out easily, but still leaves plenty of handle to grip when drawing it. The belt loop makes the whole thing sit a little high on your hip, but I honestly prefer this. The Bad If you are looking for perfection, you will likely be disappointed. He wood handle was a little ragged around one edge (nothing a little sandpaper didn’t mend) and as I mentioned the leather of the sheath is beat up and worn. The Verdict This is a unique, sturdy knife with a lovely sheath. I am very pleased with, and would definitely recommend it (especially for $12)!

Junk? Great?
I'll start by saying yes it's worth the cost, and then some. You have to consider cost when something literally cost the same as a Happy meal, but this is still a great knife. Things I like far outway the bad but here they are: It's got a great little sheath for the money, seems to hold up but time will tell. I love the profile and thickness of blade. To not make this too long the only bad is the grind, sheath height, QC. The grind was so off it took me an hour of profiling to get a 25° angle on this. Steel isn't the strongest, it will need comstant sharpening if your doing "Bushcraft" with it. The blade rides high on your side (see pic) which could cause interference with movement. Overall I'm very happy with the blade and I did abuse it yesterday quite a bit and it never broke. Decent knife

YOU'LL BE WAISTING YOUR MONEY
Total piece of junk. DO NOT BUY. Might as well set your cash on fire. The leather sheath was the thinnest, crunchiest, dryest leather I have ever seen. You couldn't get closer to rawhide without it being actual rawhide. The knife would be a terrible choice as well. Just buy something else.

Excelente faca feita no Paquistão.

Pretty nice little knife.. Feels good in the hand, has a nice feel for a bush knife. The sheath is a little sloppy and weak though. Mine cut the threads on the sheath.
