While the dates on batteries appear to be good and working it is the battery box that they came in that has me questioning the item. The BATTERY BOX was in horrible condition. Yet the SHIPPING BOX was fine. How is that?

One of the batteries is so out of date it does not even work, the others are supposed to be guaranteed for 10 years but the expiry date is only another 6 years. I complained last week but I have not heard anything back.
