Love these reusable plastic take out containers! Husband will take them to work and heat up lunches in the microwave. Cleans great, microwaves great. Definitely worth the buy!

The snaps that close them broke after two uses

I like the idea of being able to reuse containers, and was intrigued enough by these to order them.Pros:1. They're microwave and dishwasher-safe. I put one on the bottom shelf of my dishwasher, and it did just fine.2. The weight is substantial enough so that they don't feel cheap and flimsy.3. I like the color.Cons (Why I docked them two stars):1. On two of the four, the snap broke, and this was after just one use. Therefore, I don't hold out much hope for the other two lasting for very long. It kind of defeats the purpose for carrying food--especially from a restaurant--if you can't snap them shut!The concept is great, but the manufacturer needs to work on the snap.

If you're packing your own lunches, this is a decently green alternative to disposables and all that waste. That said, the stiffness and brittleness of the material left a lot to be desired. The locking tabs in the front are difficult to use, and will snap if you try to force them. For the high price, I'd find other options.

These are great for packing individual meals to go, but the best thing is that you don't throw them away. You can wash them and re-use them. Saves a lot over the disposable type, and saves the landfill, too. They're strong and hold food well. I quite approve. Five stars.

This makes an excellent take out box if you are concerned about all the waste with foam containers etc. They close securely so the contents do not leak out, have three compartments to separate food, are dishwasher safe, and seem to be very well made. They would also work as a lunch container if you need to pack a couple meal's worth for a long day at the office. They are BPA free, which is a nice touch.

These boxes are perfect for get-togethers, pot-lucks etc. where someone always wants leftovers to take home. They’re microwavable so you can warm up your leftovers and they can be put in the dishwasher.However I really don’t think this is something I’d use for every day and the prices at the time I write this review just don’t make sense. $119.90 for two?? Or four for $229.90? Even at $7.68 a box I think I would rather put my money towards a more durable product for just taking lunches.
