Last Confection 12" x 12" x 3" Deep Square Aluminum Cake Pan - Professional Bakeware

I love this pan! Bakes my cake evenly and so easy to clean. I use it also to make my jelly roll cake because the size is perfect. Very sturdy.

I got this pan on Monday and needed to make a 12 inch Minecraft cake. I had to use it 5 times in two days. I loved it. It’s a nice and sturdy pan, cookes everything easily. I will definitely be purchasing more products from the Last Confection brand!

This pan is truly a thing of beauty. I did not buy it to be a cake pan but to cover the remains of the wood stove's chimney still in the ceiling. So I have spray painted it ceiling white and will screw it in place tomorrow. The size is perfect for that application. I sure do wish there was a fine cake coming out of it this evening.

Pan is nice and heavy to promote even heat distribution. Probably a bit large for every day cooking, will use mostly when expecting a crowd. Recommemded if you need a large, heavy duty, pan to bake or roast vegetables for a crowd.

These pans are really larger than you would think. It took 3 boxed cake mixes to fill it. That said I estimated the baking time and checked with a toothpick. It needed 5 more min and presto it was done. Cake was perfectly baked. I prepared it for baking lining the pan with parchment then butter and a dusting of flour. No cleanup needed and I was able to cool it on a rack and tip it out onto a platter with no sticking. I wanted the large square size to carve up the cake and these pans do come even larger if needed. Great investment to add to my baking tools.

I needed a large pan with depth to place my restaurant-grade food dicer to sit in so the diced pieces wouldn’t fly all over my table as I worked it. This pan works perfectly! Very easy to clean, too. If I ever need to make a huge cake, I’ll be all set as well.
