I didn't expect much when I ordered this, to be honest.I was pleasantly surprised. It came well presented in its own gift box (which includes a USB cable to charge it) and it feels sturdy and well made. It has a pleasing weight to it (probably most of which is the lithium battery) that doesn't feel cheap at all.The dual plasma arcs light a cigar without a problem, even in high winds. High winds do make the little arcs jump around a little but it doesn't affect the ability of the lighter to do its job.There are four little LEDs on the front that let you know how much charge is left that animate when the lighter is in use. How long a charge lasts will of course depend upon how many you smoke in a day but I've been playing around with this fun gadget a lot since I got (it's so cool) and I've only lost one out of four blocks so far.This is a lovely, solid, little lighter that exceeded my expectations, looks cool, and more importantly, works as it should.Edit : I should probably have mentioned that the area that the arcs jump between is quite small. It's ideal for lighting a panatela or cigarette but it proved a bit of a faff to light anything larger like a corona. It works but you need to move the end around a bit to light a sufficiently large area. It still works though - I guess the lighter is more intended for cigarette smokers.

Works great. Wind resistant with good flame Light weight and easy to charge.

So fed up of lighters blowing out in the wind I decided to buy an electric one I'm happy that I did. I did read some comments about them not charging or working but though I'd give it a go anyway. Charges perfectly, I clean the head of it regularly obviously not with water but to ensure that the it doesn't clog up with Ash. I have lit candles and incense sticks with it, perfect choice for me.Edit - past the return window and the lighter still chargers but not sparking. Have kept it clean but absolutely useless. Wander why they have such a short return window ........

This item came with charge it was Christmas gift for my husband he has gone to out it on charge and it won’t charge. The only option it gives me is a refund option at a less price of what I paid for the item. I am trying to contact the seller to ask for a replacement as I do like to give businesses a chance if the item is faulty but it isn’t giving me that option. What a waste of money and also want me to waste my time in taking it to a drop of point for a refund. The convenience of ordering online was so I didn’t have to walk all my children a mile down the road to drop off a faulty product or buy a faulty item. And then to offer me less then what I paid for the item added salt to the injury. Well seller if you can read this can you message me to arrange transfer of replacement and your faulty item back please
