Superb piece of cutlery!
Knife was delivered quickly. It is a pleasure to use. After about 2 weeks of use, it is still very sharp!

Outstanding knife from Zwilling
well balanced knife with sharp cutting edge. Great for carving the roast beast or the Thanksgiving turkey as well as cutting larger watermelons.

Quality Never Goes Out of Style!
Top notch knife. Well balanced and oh so sharp. This and two others replaced at least 15 old dull knives. As you look to buy a knife remember...you get what you pay for.

Henkels are the best knives
I bought this as a gift for my wife. We have a set of these knives, but the set did not include a large carving knife. These knives are the best. They are expensive, but they last generations with proper care. Worth every penny

It was what I expected & more. Did not realize how sharp it was & easy to cut raw meat. It was exactly what I needed & wanted

Poor quality. Dull
This used to be a good brand of knife. The quality has gone downhill. Tried cutting a bell pepper and it was so dull I had to switch to another knife. So disappointed. Wanted to replace my old carving knife. Guess I’ll have to find another brand.

Amazing
What a difference. I bought our knife set in a department store a few years ago and spent “good” money on it. What I didn’t realize is how quickly they dulled after even a little use. Maybe they weren’t that sharp to begin with. After struggling to cut round steak for stir fry, I decided to find a better knife. I learned that although my Henckel knives were good, Zwilling was the better option. I bought this and it was literally a night and day difference. It’s so sharp we actually have to take extra care with it. Cutting any meat takes almost no effort and only the slightest motion and pressure. Wish I had done this years ago. I want an excuse to buy more, but this knife is versatile enough for everything I’ve needed it for.
