Tasty and good quality.
The broth adds good taste to the soup.

Very good thing to keep at home
This has served me well for all kinds of cooking , even Indian. If anything I want corrected is that its too salty. It should drastically reduce the salt content cause getting the flavour right for food becomes a problem especially when some stuff is marinaded with soya sauce that is salty too.

Finally something that works.
I trained as a chef in France and have been feeling handicapped since my return to India as I can't use non veg stocks or wine in most of my sauces etc. No more!! The best stock powder I have ever used.

Not sure about this product
The taste is wonderful... in fact too good... makes you want to add this to everything and eat it! However, I noticed that I have started having sudden strong itches all over my palms after starting to use this for a regular "soup diet" at night. Add too much of this powder and you'll feel a parched dry throat and a sensation on the tongue throughout the night, and want to drink a LOT of water, but without much relief. Makes me wonder a little bit about the E627, E631 ( Disodium guanylate and Disodium inosinate) additives in this soup. Also, I came to know that Hydrolyzing Vegetable Protein is a way to create MSG "naturally" in food products. This is being sold as Veg. broth powder but the additives are worrisome. I will not be using this in the future.

Would not buy another pack
No feel of chicken in the broth. Way too salty and I could feel the cornflour in the broth. It's more like one of the ready made chicken soup packets

I use this in my soups, cooking rice or in any vegetables dishes... every dish is flavourful

Value for money
The chefs solution vegetable broth gives excellent flavor to the vegetable soup. I use regularly, it is better than cubes which need time to dissolve in water. The powder dissolves easily.
