Don’t buy from Eufy if you want a long term working Vac
I spent so much time looking for a robovac and this was the one I chose. It was great, good suction, good battery life for all of 4 months after which it just stopped dead! I did all the possible troubleshooting but my issue was nowhere in the manual. The product was a good idea and I am more disappointed in Eufy as a brand themselves. When I bought the item I messaged them about the warranty to which they stated I had a year. When I wrote to them about the product stopping to work they basically told me the product was not under warranty and used the term ‘this may be harsh’ in their email. I am shocked. Luckily Amazon refunded me and honoured the 12 month warranty. I think more development is required of the product and with these warranty issues I would not recommend buying anything from Eufy again. Its not cheap and I don’t think anyone should risk ending up with a product that just stops working one day as it is upsetting and then the way I was treated by the brand leaves much to be desired. I think their customer service needs to understand the meaning of the words ‘customer Service ‘ too. I will continue to search for a Robovac that will deliver assistance with cleaning and from a company who has an understanding of customer service.

Was brilliant for a week or so
Loved this product when we first got it. Spent really managed to reduce the dust on our floors. After a couple of weeks though it has stopped working shortly after setting off complaining about the bumper being stuck. Have cleaned the bumper and reset the device, still the same problem. It stops in the mddle of the room, so it looks like a faulty sensor. Spoke with amazon support, they agree, but say they can't replace the vacuum, but can refund. As I want the vacuum fixed, and the price of the vacuum has now gone up significantly, I just want it repaired. They say they can't do this, and refer me to the manufacturer. Eufy tell me that amazon are responsible and won't help. Never ecperienced such bad amazon customer support before.

good while it lasted
I had four cats n three kids so it lasted a month of full service, ive had the iRobot rumba before this one was £200 so its not fulfilled its moneys worth doesn't seem to charge right anymore and just makes noises usually when im trying to sleep. ive got an industrial which ive had to go back to using which is very powerful but obvs you have to put your back into manually hoovering as ive got a big house I liked this getting on with hoovering while I did some other chore.

Arrived damaged
I was incredibly excited to receive my new vacuum cleaner, but once opening realised I was given a returned item. My box was not damaged, but the vacuum itself did not arrive in a dust cover and had many stains and scratches on the surface. The most damage, however, was on the back of the device. The vacuum cleaner had a massive crack on the dustbox, rendering it clearly unuseable. I have requested a replacement, but have not heard anything.

Terrible reliability. Broke down within three months
This product failed within three months. When charging it just emits four loud beeps five times and doesn't take charge. Eufy do not honour warranty claims through Amazon EU either and so no support was provided.

Short term review.
So, this isn't my first robot vacuum and this one was bought due to the large positive review base and product support. So the unit is great looking and is slimmer than other robot vacuums I have bought. It seems very well built and so far the battery life during cleaning seems good. The unit is rather quiet compared to other units which is great for my dog. The unit seems to collect debris rather all and it seems to do a good job on the corners even on auto clean mode. The reason I have marked it down slightly is that after several days of ownership the unit has failed to find it's docking station even when placed in open areas. Other robot vacuums I have and have had previously find thier docking station eventually, but the programming seems a a little more random on the eufy. This is very annoying due to the app being very convenient and great for cleaning. The app is great so far, very easy to set up and sync the unit and easy to quickly instruct the vacuum wherever you are in the world if required. Meaning I can perform multiple cleans daily if required (If the unit would return home regularly) All in all a decent purchase, but has been marked down due to the lack of ability to return home reliably. Which is a great shame for what could be an amazing purchase. I will update this review as my ownership progresses.

Very impressive robotic hoover - the Eufy 15C
I purchased this hoover owing to my always never having enough time to get the hoovering done around my Autistic son. I had been watching it for a while on Amazon and then a daily deal came up for this model so I purchased it. Mine is the Eufy 15C. My wife was very dubious about it when I brought it home and it scoffed it as another one of my ‘man gadgets’ but as hoovering is one of my many self-committed routine tasks it was willing to give it a go. My wife has since retracted her statement and tells everyone about our new member of the family lol. I have been using a cyclonic hoover for a while but as with most hoovers, they can be quite noisy, which unfortunately doesn't sit well with my son’s disability so we could only really hoover when he was at school etc and as we both work full time so this was always a bit of an issue. I decided on the robotic vacuum as I could set it going while no-one is at home which would be ideal. Well I must say I am actually very impressed with this item. It is actually very quiet, in fact so quiet that you could effectively have it running at night to a degree. It sounds nothing like a normal hoover, you just here the sound of gentle ‘whoosh’ as it soldiers on sucking up the dirt. I generally have to set it to run twice (owing to point 1 below) but it does a very good job of picking up dust and keeping the house tidy, I have it running 3 times a week now on the schedule built into the Android app and I am very happy as a result. The suction is pretty good for the size of the unit, its beyond me how it manages to pick up so much as the dust collector always seems to be pretty full after every run, the dust collector is nice and easy to empty too. We have a mixture of carpet, rugs, wooden and tiled floors and works well on all, it has therefore taken up the job of a hoover and a floor brush. Unfortunately there are some minor issues and these are the ones I have encountered so far: 1) Unfortunately it goes around the house aimlessly hoovering as it does, this has sometimes resulted in the vacuum covering the same rooms multiple times, whilst its great that those rooms are then incredibly clean it runs out of charge so it can’t complete the job in one go (although I have quite a large bungalow). 2) It doesn’t detect black or reflective items very well, whilst this isn’t really a problem you will no when it has detected a black object as you will hear a bang as it bumps into it. The hoover does have a reactive front bumper though which suppresses the knocks so it shouldn’t damage anything. Anything else, including clothes left on the floor, it seems to detect it quite well and keeps away from the object by a couple of inches, turns and then heads on its merry way. 3) Some thin carpets cause an issue. One of my children has one of those playmat rugs/carpets, the type that is made up of roads and a town/farm that sort of thing. It is quite a large one though so I leave it down otherwise I would just lift it out of the way. The hoover can sometimes get caught on the edge as it goes over the top of it and it has climbed so high that it almost flips over as a result. This has happened on many occasions but not always, it really depends on what angle the hoover approaches the rug at. 4) The Hoover can climb! I have found it mating with the shoes on our shoe rack on the first rung on a couple of occasions. Don’t ask me how it’s made it up there but it has, I just lift it off and away it goes again. A word of warning; make sure you move any cables, bits of string etc out of the path of the hoover, I would also recommend tidying up any frayed carpet or move any mats that have frayed edges on them (even by design) off the floor. Basically, the hover can’t detect them and will happily gobble them up stopping the hoover in its tracks! The hoover will stop at that point and send an alert to the app advising what the problem is which is a very good feature, you can then use the ‘locate’ option to locate the hoover, address the issue, and then get it going again, this will teach you what to look out for the next time! I had a situation where the hoover managed to slip under a set of drawers in a bedroom and gobble up the lamp cable which was up against the wall at the back of the drawers which sent the lamp crashing to the ground. I didn’t actually think the hoover would make it under there but it did, I now just block the opening with a couple of thin boxes and the hoover detects them and then backs away. These are all things you learn and you will get a fair idea of what you need to tidy away or up before you set the hoover going. I would recommend keeping an eye on it for the first couple of runs just so you can get an idea of the issues it may face and address them, if any. To be honest I have no doubt you will follow it around at first anyway just out of sheer curiosity, unless this isn’t your first robotic vacuum. I like the way it can be controlled from anywhere and the fact you can set schedules. The other thing I like is the fact you can set it to do spot cleaning and edge cleaning etc, these are very handy as you can just pick the hoover up, place it over the spot and set the specific task running. The hoover also has its own controller if you don’t have and Android or Apple iPhone but I haven’t actually used it. All in all, I am really attached to our little ‘road sweeper - Mr Hoover’ (named by our children) it does a great job and deals with a tedious task very well. As I have it running multiple times a week the floors are now a lot cleaner. I would envisage still having to take the full on hoover once in a while, although there hasn’t been a need yet, and it may be purely as a curiosity exercise to see how much is left behind by the Eufy. Would I recommend it, yes, is it worth the money, yes, has it made my Autistic son happy that he doesn’t need ear defenders any more when the hoover is running, a huge yes! If you have the money go buy it!

Helpful little critter
This is a decent little vac and has helped me significantly with keeping my house clean as it has been very difficult previously due to disk degeneration and sciatica. The build quality is very good and the drop sensors work perfectly, even though my heart still stops briefly when it edges closer towards the stairs. It does stop though, don't worry!! The battery life doesn't seem to last anywhere near the 100 mins mark however and does seem to be much closer to 60 mins, but I do use it on "max" setting for a more efficient clean. It picks up almost everything on my low pile carpets, but does struggle with bits of fluff that has been pushed into the carpet. It also gets blocked up with hair rather quickly but thanks to how easy it is to maintain the roller brush (undo a clip and pull out the roller and hair), this isn't an issue. The dust collector is also a 10 second job to empty thanks to the clever mechanism. The app is very good and allows you to manually control the bot, set cleaning mode and suction power and also schedule automatic cleaning times (I have mine set to once daily). The one thing that is is very important for you to know is that Amazon have incorrect information in the title. The suction power of the 15C is 1300pa, not 1500pa and the vac does not come with 13ft of boundary tape. Whether is it compatible with boundary tape that can be bought elsewhere, I do not know. Spares including a new roller brush, front spinning sweepers and even a new battery can be purchased from Anker and hopefully they will offer these for several years to ensure the device lasts customers a long time. I can definitely recommend this device if all of the above information sounds suitable for you. Any questions, feel free to comment on this review. I hope I've been helpful. EDIT: Amazon have listened to me regarding the incorrect information stating that the 15C was 1500pa and came with boundary strips and have quickly changed the product listing. This will save confusion for other customers in the future, so I'm impressed with Amazon for that one :)
