Ordered the largest for measurements of snout. He fits it . He may outgrow it but itll work (then ill get dane one .. rottweiler one would've been perfect had it given another inch of nose) ! My other dog will probably grow into it but still useful to train her with this one. . This is second one of this brand (seperate dogs). And i couldnt be happier!. Oil the leather well and train them and these are a great tool! I really like this brand! Its way better than many ive tried over the years! Presa\sylvan mastiff cross.

It works as it should. It's a little longer than I feel like it was supposed to me (measured my doggo twice before ordering). But it works. Remember to measure with a tennis ball in their mouth so that they have pant room!

I ordered this in a hurry because of needing a quick replacement and not having time to wait. Well next time I should just plan ahead and keep reserves on hand. I had ordered the Size 7 Alabai size for my Alabai Kangal mix. Anyone familiar with these breeds understands the needs for a quality muzzle and probably understands that you cannot take second best. I should have kept this in mind and more properly researched recommended brands and those which are indeed of adequate sizing.My experience started out a bit rough and my concerns continued bit in the end, things qorked out as I did find a very good manufacturer who stands behind their products. The size received was in all fairness not the size I ordered. I had ordered this for my Alabai mix who is 100kg (220 lbs) and the item was simply the wrong size. The actual construction of the muzzle however was decent and for the majority of dog owners you will find it to be a stand out bargain that is worth looking into for your pet. The welds are smooth and tight. The steel seems to be of good quality and hardness for such such an application as well. I do not know if the different sides utilize different thicknesses of wire, bit judging by this example, I would say that it is more than enough security for most large breed sizes. The leather straps are of decent quality and are skuved to uniform thickness to provide comfort for the intended dog. They are on the thin side, in terms of width, but this does add comfort for the dog and likely requires less acclimating for many to accept it. The leather pad on the nose bridge is adequate in protecting the dog from the muzzle.Personally, I would change the design so that the top wires along the muzzle do not overlap inside of the muzzle. Pad or no pad this could become an issue with some animals and with handlers who are not diligent in equipment inspection and care. The ends could become a surface for abrasion or injury if the pad becomes worn or removed.Best of all, after my initial review, I was contacted by the company who fully took measures to immediately rectify the situation and make things right. They went far beyond their obligation, and stood behind their product. To me, this means the world. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any purchase needs based upon their level of post purchase care alone. In all honesty, the best dog product manufacturers cannot be expected to produce products that are sized for bears. And the rarity of my dog, at least in the USA, means they probably have not encountered this situation before.While it may not work for my monster, it is likely the best deal going for a good quality muzzle, and one in which I can testify to the company caring and making every effort to make sure the customer and their furry friend is taken care of.

My chihuahua is 8lbs, his muzzle is less than 2inches long. My dogs head was way too small so I had to make another hole about an entire two inches away from the last hole that’s already there. I don’t have a problem with the metal muzzle part being longer than his snout because it’s absolutely what I want so he’s not able to bite anyone. Definitely makes me feel safer when correcting him or allowing him to be by other dogs. It also took forever to get delivered which was super annoying. There was two events the muzzle was needed for and we didn’t have one so we didn’t feel safe letting him roam around. I think it took almost a month to get here. Otherwise I like the quality such as the metal, and the leather. He also isn’t able to really take treats from it so that’s another downside. I like the amount of space that he has to breathe and open his mouth like normal. I hate that small dog muzzles all keep their mouths shut and tight.

We are so happy! Our half-Canaan/half-Begian Malinois dog has a very unusual snout that is both long and narrow. Standard muzzles were either too short, or were long enough, with gaps. It was wonderful to find this brand, which divides sizes according to breeds with distinct snouts, and we couldn’t believe we found his ACTUAL BREED listed. The Belgian Malinois muzzle is a perfect fit and, as opposed to previous muzzled he learned to escape from within seconds, he cannot get out of this one. The leather is also supple and the muzzle seems of great quality.Thank you so much for this! We’re so relieved to have found one that fits and is secure without having to go the custom route.

It does the job but it's difficult to put on my dog properly and while taking my dog to the vet he kept hitting my tinted windows with it so it scratched the tint up.. in all fairness my dog is a hybrid wolf and white King Shepherd and 125lbs who only likes me . It's the perfect type to put on a dog that doesn't do well with a muzzle. It's very durable.

i ordered the wrong size, but it's made very well and is very sturdy. the leather pad that goes over the top of the dog's snout is squishy, and seems very comfortable!

Straps did not seem very durable. Despite measuring 3 times it did not fit my dog. Seems like if it fit right it would do it's job. Did not seem comfortable though even if it did fit.
