Tac ShieldMilitary Fleece Cap

A light, warm cap but very tight, I wear a 7-5/8 and this cap was too small for me, ended up tossing it.

I was surprised to get such a high-quality cap at this price. Material is Polartec 200-gram fleece - not the micro-fleece that is so often used in caps of this kind. The material does not impede hearing. The dome is single-thickness material; the band around the bottom half is dual-thickness. The sizing is generous -- I normally wear a large hat, and this cap fits me comfortably. And the proportions are good - snug enough not to fall down over my eyes, but there is enough material to pull down for complete coverage of my ears, forehead, and back of my head. Far better than the numerous knock-off "military-style" products out there.

This is way better than expected. My husband usually wears a 7 1/4 in baseball caps, and this Tac Shield Military Fleece Cap in coyote color fit snug on him. He says it's better than the standard issue ones because it's not as shallow. It's really soft, and will most definitely keep the hubby warm come winter.Overall, we're happy with this purchase.

Just a guess, but he may have purchased dozens of these children hats and is trying to pass them off as Military hats. Buy from another vender or gift them to your grand children. Not Made For Adult Head! Way too Small...

Double thickness of fleece for the ears, well made, fits my big head

American made with 200 series Polartec fleece. Very comfortable and warm. Just arrived this morning and worn it most of the day doing chores in 10F to 20F temps. Kept my ears warm and snug enough that it stays in place but not uncomfortable. Forget that I even have it on. Fits great on my 7 1/4 sized head. I like the color. super lightweight. I'm going to purchase a couple extra to put in coat pockets as spares.

I wear a size 7 7/8 - 8 hat and this hat is way too tight.
