Hard to find and good quality for holiday baking

Quite Expensive
Purchased so I can make cookies, didn't realize how expensive it was for such a small portion. I suppose I should have researched the amount and shopped around a bit more before purchasing. I have not yet used it, but I am sure the quality will be okay. Just really pricey.
