I love this brand. They make quality chocolate products. The chocolate is perfect for cookies and the recipe on the package is fantastic. Almost a caramel flavor cookie. I do have to note, you will need two bags to make the cookies or chop up one bag. You will love them! happy baking!

overrated not worth the hype or money

These are one of the two top chocolate chips rated in several reviews that I read. I got them to try to make the best chocolate chip cookies for a "company holiday bake off" at my sweetie's place of work. I didn't win but it was not the chips fault. They are pretty exceptional and actually do add a nice, high-end quality to cookies.

I have used the 9 oz bar previously. The chunks melt easier of course but I still prefer the bar. It is very hard to find.

Great quality and I love the semi-sweet for coating my protein bites. These melt smooth and drizzle thick. Great for my purposes. Will buy again.
