Fine, but depends on type and level of exercise
Decent enough, but not great.If you are going to use them a lot, and can handle more than a little resistance, you might find that they tear easy. They say that the resistance level I ordered was “heavy”, but I’d say it’s more like a medium (however that’s relative to the individual user)I’d still say compared to other bands I’ve used, it’s closer to a medium resistanceIf you are doing lighter intensity exercises that focus on stretching, these will suit you fine. Mine however began to develop small tears.In my case, I think its because I needed the stronger tube bands at my level, but I like the way you can wrap a band like this around your hand or foot as opposed to the handles that come with other typesI’d say, be smarter than me and determine what type of band you need for your needs

A very inexpensive compact upper body multi-gym
By tying a small loop at each end of the band one can jam the ends in the top of a door or hook the loops onto the door handle or stand on the centre of the band and grasp the loops in each hand. i.e. a high, middle and low purchase. One can then devise a number of upper body exercises (currently I do twenty five). Resistance can be increased by moving away from the door or adding another band.It can used to exercise muscles when working against the resistance and also to stretch muscles when one allows a stretched band to to extend a relaxed muscle.One can devise one own program to suit oneself.For example I do 21 exercises using the top and middle purchases. They are done one handed and then repeated on the other hand. That is one set of ten x 42 exercises. And four exercises performed using the bottom purchase where both hands are used together i.e. one set of ten x 4 exercises. That takes about 15 minutes. Currently I have two red bands and one blue band used in various combinations.

A robust looking band
Its too early to say how robust it actually is, but this band seems strong and provides the right amount of resistance for my X band walks! Plenty of other applications to use it for too. Though if you have a shoulder injury or something similar, this band is way too strong for that sort of therapy!

Good long bands for Pilates
Good and strong, long length means they are versatile for different exercises.
