These inco pads are very decent, for me reliability is 100% important to me. No one wants a damp or wet derrière do they? I choose the long pads now. The reason I chose the long, my urine travels along the pads, sometimes catching the front of my underwear, which obviously is embarrassing. Used these for years as period pads from Always, now as incontinence pads. These are thicker as shown in my images, however although long, are not too bulky. I have what is termed as frequency outbursts. I stand up and have to go quickly, I cannot rush to the toilet due to my disabilities. So when I start urinating I cannot stop the flow. So these pads are a lot better than usual panty liners or pads just for drips. One thing to note, when the pad is wet and I mean wet, although my private areas are dry which is a plus, the issue as with all pads I have tried, I can feel the bulk of urine that has been soaked up ! So feels baggy under leggings, trousers or jeans. Luckily the trousers or leggings do not fall down. It’s just the case of changing asap. These pads feel comfortable, and I love the design, I haven’t noticed any leaks from the sides. Also I would like the add, I do not smell anything myself when I have had an accident. I asked my husband if he smelt an odour, he would tell me the truth, as we are open, plus he is my carer. He couldn’t smell anything. All in all out of any pad I have used for incontinence, Always are primarily one of the better ones. These pads are not designed to take a full bladder. I’ve been using Always Discreet Incontinence Pads for a while now, and they’ve been a real game changer. The absorbency is outstanding — I feel completely protected throughout the day without worrying about leaks. The pads are long and provide great coverage while still being surprisingly thin and comfortable to wear. They really are discreet, comfortable and wearable all day and night, no need to change from day time ones to night time ones, very absorbent, can't praise them enough. I have tried so many different ones, these are 10/10. Do not leak, stick to panties very secure, good length, top quality and very easy and quick to apply.

These were delivered well packaged and on time. However I could smell the chemical fragrance before I opened two boxes and without opening the actual packaging. I am a allergic to chemical scents both breathing wise and on my skin. As far as I could ascertain there was no indication of this in the products blurb. I contacted Always customer services by email and had a reply in a couple of days. They were very helpful but said that I would need to place a return request to Amazon as the items were unopened and unused. The normal returns request did not work for this specific item however I went through customer services automated chat response and was immediately given a refund with no obligation to return the item. What brilliant customer service from both Always and Amazon. I have a Prime account so not sure whether this makes a difference or not. UPDATE April 25 I have found that Aldi Sansa are the best cheap pads, they are long and work well. Unlike Lidl which are very short.

This is an item I have purchased via Amazon on more than one recent occasion. The price is great value for money and the item comes very carefully packed in a solid cardboard box.

Ich benutze diese Einlagen wegen einer mittleren Inkontinenz jetzt schon seit langem. Früher habe ich sie mir immer in der Drogerie gekauft. Das ist zeitaufwendig und teuer. Seit mehr als einem Jahr habe ich jetzt das Spar-ABO hier und lasse mir die Einlagen bequem alle drei Wochen liefern, das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist top. Die Einlagen kann ich bei Blasenschwäche zu 100% empfehlen. Ich habe fast alle ausprobiert die es auf dem Markt gibt und komme doch immer wieder auf diese hier . Sie erfüllen genau ihren Zweck, sind beim tragen nicht störend oder unangenehm, man kann alle Aktivitäten damit machen .

Artikel wie inmer. Kam nur zu spät. De shalb hatte ich die Zahlung zurück gebucht. Der Aufwand tut mir leid denn ich bin eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden mit Amazon Bitte veranlassen sie die Abbuchung erneut
