This is the best product I have ever used to enhance and promote great quality sleep. I work the night shift and some times, I need a little help sleeping well. It works within 20mins, it has a decent flavor and very easy to use. You squirt a few drops under your tongue and let it absorb. You can adjust the number of pumps depending how how it works for you. I started off with 1-2drops and now, 3-4drops will have me sleeping like a baby for 7-8hrs. Also, I don’t feel groggy after waking up (which tends to happen with Benadryl and other sleep aids). I highly recommend this!!!

Easy to dial in the right dosage, and I much prefer the spray form factor to pills or capsules. The taste reminds me a little of the old binaca breath sprays but much much more mild.

This stuff works!! You get sleepy in about 15 minutes and sleep for hours. I have struggled for years after working nights and had menopause! Using an array of things from Dr. I change up. BUT IT SEEMS the 1.7 bottle has gone to a 1 oz! Same pricing!! WTF, it's expensive enough. I'm going to try others that are cheaper

I have struggled with periodic anxiety and disordered sleep my entire life and have had mixed luck with melatonin tablets. A friend recommended liposomal melatonin so I gave this a try. I have been pleasantly surprised. I use 1-2 pumps and have not been waking up at 3 am (hurray). My biggest complaint is that there is no lid. Despite trying the twist-to-lock, this is not good for traveling with (when I often need melatonin help the most) and leaks. The glycerine makes the leakage sticky. Both of these are inconvenient and could be easily remedied with a simple lid. PROS effective, easy to use CONS no lid, leaks when traveling (no lid), glycerine added = super (sweet and sticky)

This is the most useless melatonin I have purchased to date. I gave it to my son at 7pm and my son was up till 11 p.m./12 a.m. so I experimented with earlier times, and it still has no effect. I gave it to him at 5pm and not even a yawn, not even a rub of the eye or a hint of sleep, in a dark quiet room my son was wide awake for hours. It has been 2 weeks, and NOTHING. If anything, it's getting worse. Today we went on a 5-mile walk and splashed in the pool for 2 hours. I gave him melatonin at 5pm and I am still fighting with him to stay in his bed, IT'S 10PM!!!! This stuff is garbage. I am so pissed to have spent my money on this trash! It is worse than the BS they sell at Ralphs, Target, Walmart etc.

The product itself is great, the bottle is terrible. Every single one I've had leaks all over. It is fine if you are keeping it upright at home, otherwise look elsewhere.

I use this when I lay down to sleep and again when I wake up in the middle of the night (light sleeper, kids crawling into bed, noisy neighbors, etc). Since using it I've dropped off to sleep much faster. Flavor is strange, not sure if I like it or not, but it's not terrible.

Just didn't work for me. My insomnia remains as bad and debilitating as before
