The product arrived in a plastic bag, the ball is totally unbranded which leads me to think that this is not the product I purchase. Not as advertised. The inflator is a toy and it took forever to inflate the ball. To he honest, I am pregnant and I am not sure I am going to use this ball because it feels totally unsafe.

This product is not Theraband. It’s completely unbranded and comes without packaging or instructions. Avoid if you’re actually buying it because it is advertised as being a Theraband product. It isn’t.

Goods as described and quick delivery. Good quality product from a company with a solid reputation. Spend a little extra and get a product designed for the purpose. Don't waste your money on poor quality Chinese made rubbish. Would definitely recommend this seller.

Ball when inflated is smaller than 55 cm.

ボール自体には何の不満もないが、空気注入にはハンドポンプではほぼ不可能であることを明記すべし。やむを得ずフロアポンプを追加購入して対応したが、ボールと同時購入したハンドポンプはすでに廃棄した。

I received the ball from Vesalius Health and it was not what I expected. It could not be inflated to the correct size, it did not have the same logo as the balls sold directly by Thera-Band, it was a different color, and there were no instructions included. The ball and all the components were made in China. The Thera-Band ball that I purchased after this was made in the US and works perfectly. Vesalius Health accepted the returned ball and refunded my postage, but stated that Thera-Band had changed their manufacturing to China. If so, they have MAJOR quality problems! Do not buy this ball except from Thera-Band or their direct distributors.
