Very good robot,does the job well!

Automatic and efficient. It goes to corners, nook and crannies, under the sofa/bed. Deep cleaning is really good. Used a quarter of a glass of water to mop the whole floor (1500 sqft.) and twice! Works even when the wifi signal is weak. When it is cleaning it seems so cute and friendly. I turn it on whenever my maid (queen of sudden leaves and skipping work) is around—just to show her we’ve got a backup and her job isn’t untouchable. Although it still isn't complete replacement of your maid, it is not too far! It is a godsend for 1/2/3BHK apartments if you give it a chance. I believe a more advance version of this machine and a dishwasher you can say good bye to your maid and her tantrums forever. The demonstration was very detailed and informative. Event though I am still exploring it's features, I found the Spot cleaning is not very accurate though. Many spots are left untouched. You need to keep the floor free from bigger objects like marble and small toys otherwise the parts get stuck into the wheels. Don't expect it to make deep oily spots disappear. I felt that the height of the machine including the sensor on the top is about an inch on the higher side. While it was mapping the area it pushed itself inside my bed but got stuck and also scratched its's surface. If it can be made slimmer than it will be able to go inside the standard beds easily. However this shows it is a very powerful machine. While the hardware is great the Smart life Mobile app is crappy to say the least. It often stops working and I have to uninstall and reinstall the Smart Life app to make it work again. Creating multiple maps is still a mystery to me. Operating the machine through the app is not easy for those who aren't tech-savvy. Overall I would say go for it.

Good buy, I am not sure how others are different but this one is good for me specially with my pet .It works wonderful if you have a pet,cleans the hair and also on dusty floor .Though it doesn't suck even a pearl but that's ok so you have to leave your floor without any item and it does it work .You do have to clean it regularly if there are hair on the floor because it entangles in the brush.Also the floor has to be dry or try trash collected will be wet and won't be sucked by dustbin.More power means more battery consumption so 5000 power was better than 7000 turbo .At 7000 turbo it drains it's battery very fast. But pathetic customer care and plastic quality

Very good customer care support. Online live demo of the product, its usage, usage of app, etc were clearly explained the Executive of Eureka Forbes. I don't find such live demo sessions in any other company. It was an interactive session and customers doubts were very clarified end by the session master.

The virtual demo has not been provided yet, it's been more than a month i have purchased the item. The product works pretty good. Dusting is good. Mopping is average it leaves water stains behind even if it is set for low. Connectivity is poor, every time it needs pairing(even after always it is connected to same network),few options don't work as mentioned. Rescheduling doesn't work.

Writing this after about 9 months use. Pros It is a savior as I no longer have to sweep or mop the floor when househelp is not around. It cleans and makes floor squeaky. It has hepa filter that takes out even the most invisible of dust. It has multiple power modes in suction and I use medium version which still works great. It has Y shaped mopping that means 2 times it wet mops the floor. Mapping the device YOURSELF is very easy and it connects to home wifi and scans the house yourself. NO NEED OF COMPANY GUIDANCE , but you can use it if you want. You can block it from going to particular areas after mapping is done You can specify in app on volume, charge status. pause, or move or go back to start place. I took the one with auto bin which means i do not have to clean this often, Though company said do not add any cleaning solvents, there are some that company sells. For people with dust allergies, this is a saviour. You can set time in app on when it should mop everyday. Cons Cleaning it is a mess. I wish this was easy. it has whiskers like thing that push hair in the bin. It has a roller under it. My hair gets wound in the roller frequently. Threads, floss, etc gets stuck in the roller. You have to cut all this using a cutting tool they give. Cleaning of hepa filters need to be done Cleaning of area around rollers, hepa filter, bin area, bins etc is time consuming. There is a mop fixed below the machine. you have to wash the mop too frequently to get good cleaning. All above cleaning needs to be done once every week or once in 3 days if you live in dusty area. It is still ok as You do not have to clean large floors. It is noisy while mopping, particularly if you put the suction level high. It is noisy when it dumps the garbage in the dust bin ... there is a suction motor that pulls garbage into the dust bin. this noise is for few seconds. It takes 1 hour to sweep and mop an area of 950 sq feet, which I am ok with as I do not have to pay attention while it does it. Overall it is a good purchase for your house. Value for money as I got it during a sale at huge discount.

Must buy product. Good suction power. After usage we can say out loud that olfloor in our home is dust free. Collect minute dust particles and can feel the difference as compared to traditional cleaning. Need to see the durability of the product over time after multiple uses. Not able to add multiple floor maps which is a drawback considering the prodcut is latest release from eureka forbes. Utterly disappointed with the demo. Virtual demo got scheduled but no executive joined till the end of call duration and ended up waiting and wasting time with no productivity.
