This is my first review here on Amazon. After owning this cot for a few months the stitching started to stretch out. I emailed there customer service a few times & have not received any replies. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service & the quality of the product. Buyer Beware!Update:Customer service reached out to me after reading this review & issued me a refund.

LIKES - Easy setup & convenient in/out storage in the carry bag. I am around 160 lbs , so had a very comfortable sleep. Accessory pockets are easily reachable. Surprising stable for toss n turn sleepers.Good quality construction ( 3 nights test run).No metal bar running under the body area , so very comfortable.Heavier construction provides stability.Dislikes- Pillow could be firmer & tighter elastic. I will put some velcro spots on the pillow next time.Pricepoint - Friend of mine had a similar cot without name brand for 35.99Not compact/light for Hiking.I did not price shop as this was a last min purchase.

I have a lot of lower back pain. Bought this before we went camping, thinking it would help me in the tent. Not so much. Just was not comfortable at all.UPDATE: After reading other reviews. I went back out and opened it up. I realized after opening it, that I did not have it fully opened in our tent. We were kind of cramped in our tent. I just discovered that it really opens flat after you push down and hear it lock into place.I will try this again and see if it is better.Pros: I love the bag. I can get it back in. Folds up great. Love the pocket on the side.Cons: Pillow is a joke. I threw it away. Bring your own.I will give it 3 stars until I try it again.

First off, the bag is large enough to put the cot back into the bag with room to spare. (Most products you have to fight with). Good attention to detail on a persons weight distribution. I set up the cot and bounced around on it a bit, Took a few naps on it. Very comfortable. The side pockets are a great addition as I tend to fumble for my glasses and phone in the morning. Great construction, Great price. Definitely will try more of their products. I camp a lot but this is going to be a treat since I'm getting older.

We bought one of these cots and then bought another. They are easy to carry and lightweight compared to other cots we found. It is easy to set up with directions provided and intuition and snaps into place to make a sturdy cot to sit on the side or lay down on. I wish they had sent directions on how to take it down. We found by trial and error that picking it up sideways and popping a knee in the center will break it down, ready for folding and easy to pack. Its good that its harder to fold so it doesn't collapse on you, and its easy to move without folding. Time will tell if it lasts for a long time. It seems to be very sturdy and reinforced at high pressure points. For a nights sleep I would use my own pillow, but the enclosed pillow and the angle is good for naps. We plan to use it camping and with an occasional extra guest so it should last a long time for us.

I got to use this cot for the first time this weekend camping. I tried it out at home first. I'm a side sleeper and I tend to curl up one leg - the cot kind of dips just a teensy bit but enough for me to notice it in that leg curl position. You don't really notice it just lying on your back. anyway- I chose to put one of those camp sleeping pads on top of the cot and it was very comfortable. it also made it just a little bit more wide which turned out to be a good thing when my dog wanted to share the bed with me on a cold camping night! I highly suggest pairing the cot and a sleeping pad, it is super comfy. I also put a fitted twin sheet over the whole thing had to kind of cinch a corner to keep it "tight" to stop the pad from shifting. I was totally glamping, my friend was jealous. This cot is very sturdy. It took me a couple of tries to fold it but only because I think I was trying to make it more difficult. its super easy, folds up just like one of those folding chairs and slips neatly back in to its sleeve.

We bought this cot as our second one. Our first one is similar but different brand so we'd like to compare it. The one thing that made us decide to buy Alpcour because it offered side pocket and pillow. We need the side pocket to store our glasses but unfortunately, the package DID NOT come with side pocket; only the pillow. As far for pillow, we will bring our own pillows for our next camping trip. We're kind of disappointed the side pocket was not in the package. Other than that, this is a good cot. It took awhile to have all the legs touched the ground as it was a bit stiff when we opened it. We still need 2 more cots and we are still deciding what brand we should go.
