Harper Trucks 3 in 1 Quick Change Steel Convertible Hand Truck with Nose Extension, 500 lbs. Capacity (JDCJ8523EN)

This is a really decent hand truck. I bought it for the 3 in 1 feature but I must say the biggest benefit was the extra bottom piece that folds down to extend the bottom bracket. This let me lift and move big, heavy boxes with ease. It was especially helpful with moving plastic tubs. It even worked well going across my lawn to get to the moving truck. It comes fully assembled right out of the box - ready to use. Well constructed and easy to use! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is moving a lot of boxes

My husband was very happy that I picked out this Harper Trucks hand truck for him. It is very sturdy metal, not plastic like some hand trucks. The fact that it can be used 3 ways is wonderful, and it changes quickly and easily between the usage positions. The plate is larger, thicker, & sturdier than most hand trucks in this price range or cheaper ones. We had never heard of the Harper Trucks brand, but are impressed and pleased with this purchase.

Excellent cart, love that it will go flat and can be used as a cart. I wish the front fold out bar was about 6" taller. But it still works great and is very sturdy!!

Must have tool. Use it continually, from large plant pots to large packages delivered. Everything large, bulky, and heavy it does it. Old dollie didn't have the extension which is a must to have now.

What a versatile hand truck this Harper 3-in-1 is! It is relatively easy to change positions. And I love the nose extension, which gives me extra room to load stuff on. The 4-in-1 model did not have that. When it is in the incline position and the flat 4-wheel dolly position, I don't have to bend over to push it, and I am a 5' 10" woman with very long legs. The only thing I noticed that wasn't perfect is: there is about 1 inch of play between where the small wheels lean up against the frame in the upright position. It is not a problem, but I noticed it. It rolls across my lumpy lawn very nicely (love the big wheels that are not inflatable). I am very happy with this!

I have been moving heavy things for nigh on 60 years. Regular dollies have no leverage or balance at ground level for wide and heavy things. So the hardest part has always been getting the object up and into the wheelbarrow or wagon. This dolly has a wide, fold-down fork at ground level. All I have to do is roll the rock or log onto the fork, lean the dolly back and poof - I'm up on two wheels and moving! The tool is also a regular dolly, and it folds down into a 4-wheel pushcart. I could go on for hours.

Arrived via UPS without a box, just a partial plastic bag and label attached. But fortunately nothing was damaged during shipping (no broken wheels, etc.) Its poorly assembled and I would return it but I need to move my lab in a hurry. They forgot to drill some of the holes so when you raise the handle in the vertical position it does not lock. Other holes are oversized and the whole thing rocks back and forth due to excessive play. Most the fasteners are exposed and rub against the paint, surely it will wear off during use. Only time will tell. I intend to make bushings for the holes and drill out the missing ones when I have more time. Was definitely not what I expected for the money I paid, especially for a Made in USA product.

This is an excellent dolly for the money. The only nit is that they should put rubber bumpers in the places where metal rubs against metal as it quickly rubs through to the metal. The shipping box is really flimsy, and arrived fairly trashed, so I was expecting the contents to be damaged. Luckily it wasn't.

es facil de utilizar, cumple con la funcion, pero al momento de convertirlo o cambiar de posicion los seguros que deben mantenerlo firme tienen mucha holgura y eso permite que se mueva mucho no queda fijo o con la rigidez necesaria que te debe dar un aparato como este ya que cargas cosas pesadas y ese juego no te da la suficiente confianza.
