I was between insurance and the sglt2 scrip I was taking was 800 per month. This was almost as good as the $800 and got me by until my new insurance kicked in.

I can't really taste these, but they smell of apples. It's a very natural, subtle scent. They are compressed herbal material. I like taking them because I do believe in the power of apples for health. There's no bad side effects at all. They come in a box on a punch style card that you punch the pill out of. It's easy to get each pill out. The pills are pleasant enough to take and swallow.

I can't say that this helped me in any way as I only used it for 30 days. I can say that I experienced no negative side effects that I am aware of.

Hard to swallow- too big!

This supplement come in a unit equivalent to a large multi vitamin tablet and because there are no restrictions on the label against crushing this supplement I crushed one. The supplement is bitter, but mixed with applesauce, it was palatable. As an apple extract, this appears to be one of the safer supplements, but very little info including country of origin was provided.

These are easy to swallow and there are now stomach issues, full of antioxidants they fight free radicals that cause oxidative damage to the cells, It’s boosting my immune, cardiovascular and respiratory system, lessens allergies, also it’s helping with digestion, and the skin is looking better. Good Product!

I bought this because I d researched polyphenols, and it sounded as though it had a lot of good benefits. After less than a week, it is sorting out very long term digestive issues, and possibly also sleep issues. Thats a dramatically quick improvement, so, i d say an effective supplement. The way any supplement works of the body cannot be pre-guessed. This has been a really good move for me, and, depending on what you need, may also work for you.

Un comprimé par jour de 600mg de polyphénols qui provient de la pomme a de bonnes propriétés antioxydantes. Ils limitent et surtout ralenti le vieillissement cellulaire. Les polyphénols sont aussi utilisés en prévention des maladies cardiovasculaires, inflammatoires et neurodégénératives. Toute l'année sans interruption je me complémente en collagène que j'associe avec un ou deux antioxydant selon le dosage. Je tourne avec 4 antioxydants différents : vitamine C, polyphénol, astaxanthine et le pycnogenol Ce sont des antioxydants puissants et efficaces. On peut aussi associer ce complément alimentaire de Super Smart à un sérum ou une crème contenant des polyphénols qui sont excellents pour la peau. Dans le cas où vous n'avez pas l'habitude de vous complémenter il est important d'en discuter avec votre médecin généraliste qui vous connaît bien.

Il est toujours difficile d’évaluer les effets de ce genre de produit. Pour ma part cela ne semble guère concluant pour le moment mais peut être faut il persévérer. Les comprimés ont un gout quelque peu désagréable si on avale pas immédiatement un grand verre d'eau alors que j'aime bien les pommes. Certes ce produit est sur le papier parfaitement intéressant pour lutter contre le stress oydatif, mais les effets réels sont difficiles à appréhender.
