Extreamly disappointed. The water is leaking. The wire not returning to original position. It already burnt 3 of my adaptors as in Dubai we have different plug. Seller please contact me to arrange return and refund. Terrible product

I purchased this iron based on the reviews that I had read. It's definitely more expensive than the Brand that I have been using for years and they were not inexpensive models. What this unit excels at, is the Steam output that it generates, so today I wanted to see how it would perform on some thicker pants that I wear in the winter. I came away extremely impressed, as they would not have looked as good with any of the other models that I have used prior. One negative is the cord length is a few feet shorter than my previous models and because it's retractable, it does not exit at the back of the unit but instead to one side, so a little more inconvenient depending on where your ironing board is in relation to the electrical outlet. I was eager to see how it would perform as it's a recent purchase, so tried it once on my shirts and once on the pants. I have been ironing all my life as the receptionist at a company that I had worked for 50 years ago, told me that my shirts do not look pressed, just freshly coming out of the dryer and she was correct, so now my wife is more than happy to let me iron her garments also. In summary, it's the best unit that I have purchased to this day.

Stopped working after 1month. No heat is coming out and also water leakage problems.

Excellent iron for sewing projects! Heats up quick, doesn't spray rusty water, is a great weight and I like it way better than my old, cheaper one.

This has upgraded my ironing game. I use it mostly for my sewing projects, which require fiddly and precise ironing. It is big and heavy, holds lots of water (easy to fill!), doesn't leak or spill, and flattens fabrics like a steamroller. You will need a solid ironing board that doesn't wobble in order to best use it. It will probably not fit in the holder that hangs off of your board, if you have one (it won't fit in mine!). Also, the resting position for the iron is upright, not with the plate down - it starts to squawk and will turn off if left facedown and motionless.
