Well-designed, sturdy and attractive build, and all functions worked on first try with my HP Chromebook. The versatility and convenience of USB C are immediately apparent when one Chromebook port grants simple connectivity to functions from HDMI to Ethernet connectivity to Micro/SD and USB card readers, to headphones. Compact, made of aluminum, and with a small storage pouch included for protection, I am very satisfied. If I have a caveat, it's that, with so much functionality, depending on how much you ask this little device to do, it WILL get warm, probably hot. Asking a single device to provide pass through charging (which also works fine BTW), Ethernet, multiple card reading, and HDMI at once is going to tax the internals, so I'd advise monitoring how hot it feels from time to time, especially if you're using several of the features. Highly recommended.

This is not a negative review. I'm just letting people know several usb c hubs I've tried including this one allow hdmi or ethernet to work, but not both simultaneously on a Galaxy S10 phone. With this hub, hdmi doesn't carry sound along the hdmi cable. You have to use the sound jack to hear sound. The ad says it's Samsung Dex compatible. It is if you don't want to use Ethernet or transfer sound to your monitor.

I have a logitech M-U0007 plugged into the USB3.0 spot as well as the apple charger into the USB-C, and a HDMI cable from the monitor. The logitech mouse sometimes is not recognized as the right mouse properly and scroll functions doesn't work right sometimes. Everything else work pretty good so far.

Had an issue with the original purchase and contacted the manufacturer since the return period had past. The manufacturer was quick to respond and resolved the issue very politely and quickly.The customer support was fantastic!!!The product works as advertised and I am very happy with it. I would definitely buy this product again.

Because my pc is a thin laptop, many ports are not included. So I need a hub contains those ports.It has 4 USB 3.0 ports, HDMI, Audio, LAN ethernet port, SD and micro SD card slots, USB Type C Power charging port. Small but functional. So it's a good tool for typc-C products.

I honestly have no issues., Works as expected and it such a great little gadget. Each port works fine.

I like that it has so many options for connections. Before this product, I was using several attachments to perform these functions because of the limited slots the surface pro. It is great to be able to use just one attachment to do almost anything you like to get the job done.

The perfect addition for data transfer and second screen.
