I took this class taught by Joel. Here is all the information from the class and more. It is comprehensive. A great reference for those who are working in ProTools HD systems for TV and film mixing.

This book comes across as more of a reference guide than something you'd read to advance your skill is using Pro Tools. I'm depending more on online video tutorials for learning how to do things but still keep this book handy to look things up quickly.

I recommend this book only to people who studied in Avid Learning Partner and they have aproved the certification 210P

It's a good book, especially for those who just started their journey with the Pro Tools.
