Himalaya Quista Pro Advanced Whey Protein Powder - 2 kg (Chocolate)

After using Ultimate Nutrition Prostar for a long period, I needed an alternative as recently UN terminated it's operations. Ended up buying Himalaya Quista Pro and turned out to be a good purchase. Here is my extensive opinion about Himalaya Quista Pro : PROTEIN AVAILABILITY : Protein availability is 22gm in a scoop of 34gm which is much lesser than American brands but still it's acceptable considering price. It's a blend of Whey concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate as well. Our bodies tend to absorb about 25gm at a time. 5gm of BCAA is enough for quick recovery. TASTE (Chocolate flavour) : Chocolate flavour is tasty enough to drink it in one go. It's not too sweet or too mild. I found sweetness to be perfect indeed. There is mild after taste of herbs but it's not much noticeable. MIXABILITY & TEXTURE : Mixability is really appreciable. Mixes extremely very well giving smooth texture without leaving a single lump. Make sure you use protein shaker. There is no foaming as well. EXPERIENCE : Used it for few days. I haven't noticed any bloating or digestion problem from this protein. Won't be problematic until unless you lactose intolerant. TARGETED AUDIENCE : This protein is highly suitable for beginners who are into bulking. I won't recommend it to lactose intolerant people as it's blend. RESULTS : I have used whey proteins from multiple brands and got results so remember anyone can achieve good results with balanced diet & proper workout irrespective of whichever brand you use. PRO TIP FOR BEGINNERS : Please don't waste your money on isolate until unless you are lactose intolerant. Blends are cheaper and tend to have better taste. PRICE : This thing coated me 2.25k during sale making effective price of Rs. 39 per scoop which is quite cheap. FINAL VERDICT : Being cheaper than most of products out there and having surety of genuinity, I'm left with nothing to complain about. I'm not saying it's better than ON but it's definitely better than most of Indian brands. I hope this helped you. 🙂

Himalaya Quista pro advance is my first ever whey protein that I used in my life. Trust me it’s an awesome product. Protein gets easily blend in water. I have never tried with milk as I am on my fat loss process. I am using this product for past 4 months. It’s a genuine product as you get the barcode to check its authenticity. There are many famous brands in this field but I am not taking any chance. Since I loved this product very much. So with proper training ,workout & with proper diet consume this protein according to labelled instruction or as per your trainers guidance. you will get superb results no doubt about that. Initially I was also too hesitant to take such proteins but I did some research & trusted with this reputed brand. As this protein gets easily digestible when consumed with water as a result it shows drastic improvements in my overall health. So as I said before it’s possible only with good workout, diet & adequate rest. So for beginners & advance level gym goers this protein is a true gem.That’s my honest review as per my experience. Original Quista Pro is good. But this time when a new order got delivered to me on 11.11.2025. Upon authentacting the product through provided QR Code, the product failed authentication and the message says that the product has already been verified previously, probably indicating duplicate product.

They say by they I mean your regular physical trainers at gym buy on, muscle tech and what not kind of supplements just because they are not from or made in India . But my friend I tell you Himalaya has made breakthrough and cost effective product for our pockets . Its not the supplements which make you attain a good physique just consuming why protein wont get you a chiselled or even an atheletic physique . First thing you need to start eating a lot of good and clean food . Thats why its known as an “supplement”. About the product this is my second box in the row I dont fell constipated ,flavour is genuine i seriously feel pitty on these people who say that this whey doesnt have good flavour by they way “Do you ask for flavoured medicines tablets and syrups?” Mixability is good . My current deadlift -170 kg Squat- 120 kg Bench-90 kg. And again I say its a supplement not your diet or staple food . You have to eat to grow . Neither does any whey protien in this world comes with magic spells that once you consume it you will look like your Arnold or any phsyique you admire .☮️✌️
