Since the target group for this product would most likely be seniors, I found the time display a bit too small. I would also suggest the containers be clear. This would help in identifying which medication would be next to take. Overall, the product is good, and works as advertised.

I am very happy with my new Med- glider pill dispenser. I received it on time and in perfect condition. There are so many things I like about this pill dispenser. I especially like that I am able to remove 1 days medication and the timer and take them with me wherever I go in the house or outdoors. My last pill dispenser was so inconvenient because I had to take the entire unit with me wherever I went if I wanted to stay on top of my medications. Also the ease of dispensing my pills is so much better. With this Med-glider dispenser I only have to take out 1 days worth of medication and tip it over to get my pills out whereas my last dispenser I had to tip over the entire unit to dispense my pills. I was always afraid that my other pills were all going to come spilling out , which they did on occasion. Another feature that I really appreciate is that I'm able to clean this unit very easily. My last unit was one solid piece and it had to be completely empty in order to clean and there were a lot of nooks and crannies that were difficult to get into. This dispenser allows you to remove and wash all the pieces individually. Each section is large enough to hold all my pills for that time of day which is another plus considering I can have as many as 10 different medications in one slot. The clock and timer are very user friendly. The alarm is loud enough to hear throughout my entire home. Attaching the timer to the unit with the Velcro dot included is a little sloppy but I don't mind that as I usually carry it with me separate from the unit. I find the Med-glider to be the perfect solution to taking all of my medications on time and being reminded if I do miss a dose. My caregiver can check the timer at any time to see if I have taken all of medications, too. There is a "missed dose" icon that tells us if I forgot to take my medications and which dose I missed. I don't think they missed a beat on this one! It deserves 5 stars in my book.

This pill box does not have an alarm that is actually attached as the picture falsely implies. The alarm is only attached with Velcro stickers. This pill box can be bought at Walmart for $10 or so; the alarm for a few dollars also. You can put this pill box together yourself for less than $20 and save $40. I guess what is more irritating than anything is that the seller is posting a picture that falsely implies this med box is an alarmed med box. Any med box can have an alarm velcroed onto it for muchhhhh less.

I bought this for my husband because he is bad about turning off the alarm for his meds, then not getting up to take them.Forcing him to get up and go to his pills in order to turn the alarm off works. But this set has some issues.First, the pill container has four sections for each day. You can pull out one day, so you don't have to tip up the whole unit to get your pills out. That's great, but the daily sections don't stay closed very well. He's complained a couple of times that he tipped it over, and all of that day's pills feel out.The other thing is that the timer isn't attached to the pill box. It's simply a digital alarm clock with a small spot of velcro on the back. There's no way it'll hold up. He just sets the clock next to the box.You can set up to four alarms. So as long as you leave it next to the box, it'll work.I really like the concept, but honestly, the quality definitely doesn't live up to the price.

Easy to refill. Clock easy to set and works well. Loud enough so can't not miss notification. Wish it was a different color, so it fit into surrounding decor better. Small problem.

The timer is exactly what I needed, but the pill case was not usable for 88 year old mom. The timer is not connected to the pill case, so I was able to use the timer with the old pill case I had bought from Wal-Mart for $9. Each slot in the pill case comes apart. So it would have been extremely easy for my 88 year old mom to mix up the days during the week and take the wrong pills.

I bought this for my Aunt who kept forgetting to take her pills. The most important thing is that she is happy with it. The alarm is great and does exactly what it is supposed to do...remind her to take her pills. The only issue we had initially was that the front and back of the clock/alarm separated and one of the batteries fell out, so I needed to go and reset the time and alarms. Not sure what she did to make it come apart. This happened twice then I taped the batteries in place and taped the back in place as well, no issues since then.

This product has really helped my dad who needs to take medicine at several specific times throughout the day, but it has some major drawbacks. The pillbox is great. My biggest issue is with the alarm. It’s easy to setup, but when a dose is missed and the “stop” button isn’t pushed, the alarm ceases to function at all for any future times unless you push “stop”. The whole reason for purchasing this alarm is because he’s constantly sleeping through his medicine times and if he’s asleep he obviously didn’t push “stop” to reset it. Also, It’s not loud and does not wake him up.
