Perfect flavor and texture. I am a type 1 diabetic and this chocolate keeps my glucose levels without spiking much.I believe the quality of the ingredients are really good. I highly recommend it.

I usually love this chocolate, but the last shipment did not taste very fresh. The chocolate was covered in white, and I suspect it was not stored correctly, or most likely was not transported correctly.

What a great alternative to a chocolate bar! I liked the milk chocolate bar better than the dark one which seemed more bitter than the regular dark chocolate. Smooth, creamy and sweet! Like I said before, it’s a great alternative, especially if you are trying to manage your blood sugar.

I was a die hard Lily’s fan due to “no sugar” until Consumer Reports announced recently that many of the top chocolate brands including Lily’s contain lead and cadmium which are toxic ants. In fact, Lily’s was one of the highest and specifically their dark chocolate. It was in the news. It has something to do with the manufacturing process and is something that can be avoided. They lay the beans out in the sun and dust from dirt containing lead blows over them contaminating them if I understood correctly but do your own research and Google the article to read for yourself. I’m not sure how they get away with selling them but there are flaws in the oversight system. I also follow Lead Safe Mama on Instagram and she has known about this for ten years. Now my mom died five years from brain cancer and had none of the risk factors for cancer except maybe stress. She ate chocolate daily, not Lily’s that I know of, but other brands that were on that lead contaminated list. I now only buy the dark chocolate brands that are listed as safe from that list and. My New Year’s resolution is to cut out chocolate products except for safe brands and to eat on occasion as opposed to daily. Especially for children, minimizing lead exposure is so important. I have a 7yo with Tourette’s & adhd who is gluten, dairy and sugar free and I cringe when I think I used to only let her use Lily’s for s’mores when camping. Not anymore! Do better Lily’s!! Your customers deserve more!!

Delicious. If you like chocolate, these are great. I bought the box and keep in the refrigerator & break off a piece for my occasional chocolate urge. They have lasted a long time in the refrigerator.
