great tasting!
I've tried many different brands of pork rinds. These are hands down my favorite. Very nice texture and flavor. No funny after taste. The texture is smoother than most other brands. I will be sticking to this brand. The only thing is they are a bit more expensive than other brands, but with the quality of them, I get it.

Crunchy texture, good flavor
They are kind of harder than the big puffy type of pork crackling, but I like the crunchy texture. They aren't too salty or greasy or porky tasting (yes, porky) for what they are, and they are easy to eat because they are thin strips. My kids loved them. But if you're looking for light and airy cracklings, don't get these. Regular pork skins are like cheese puffs, and these are like cheese crunchies. For those who like it crunchy.

Less salt would be better.
They’re pretty salty.

This Brit is very happy to find these but wow they are expensive
delicious. We are English and miss crackling on pork living here in the USA on the North Shore of Chicago and skin on pork just doesn't exist - very strange. anyhoo I stumbled across these and we are hooked - just wish they weren't so expensive because once the bag is open they just don't last...

Too crunchy
I live this brand but this particular variety is just too crunch and hard, feel like I could loose a tooth. I prefer the other cloud fluffy version of this brand they are more traditional pork rinds at least in my opinion.

Disgusting
These are not light and crunchy, they are more dense, hard, and chewy. Do not use these in a recipe, it turns to goo in a casserole. I made a huge squash casserole and used them in place of crackers. I threw the entire casserole in the trash, it was like eating raw fat globs. I'm feeling sick to my stomach just typing this and thinking about it.
