Q: Does the amp have a direct mode to bypass all EQ?

The remote has a RECOVER key that alternates between TONE_ON and HiFi. HiFi returns the response to flat. TONE_ON returns the response to your previous tone settings.

Q: Will this be able to drive a pair of wharfedale 240's (nominal impedance 4 ohms). what is the watt per channel for 4 ohm speakers?

The power supply for this is 32V at 5A which is 160 Watts. I'm not quite sure how it is supposed to generate a RMS power output of 120watts x 2 channels (all 2xchannels driven). Maybe 120 Watts per channel (one channel driven). I'd suspect it only pushes 50-60 watts @ 4 ohms all channels driven and it says something to the fact in the trouble shooting area of the description. Though I've never measured this myself.

Q: It's possible to bypass the internal dac of the amp? i'd appreciate if someone can explain me the process.

From my understanding, the analog RCA input goes through an ADC and then internal DAC (the sample rate on analog in says "48kHz"). So there would be no way to bypass the internal DAC, even using analog in.

Q: Can I reprogram my tv remote to control the volume?

I couldn't say if you can reprogram your tv remote, but maybe the following will help. I have several devices hooked up to play sound through the Fosi Audio, which I keep at a set volume of 54. I then use the volume control of the particular device I am listening to. I never need to touch the Fosi's volume control. For example, my "default device" on the Bluetooth connection is an Amazon Echo. If I want to adjust the volume, I simply say, "Alexa, louder" or "Alexa, lower by two." (By the way, the Fosi's sound quality is excellent.)
