Yummy Christmas holiday!
The Tortuga Rum cake was one of the highlights of my Christmas this year. After cancelling my holiday because of covid restructions, I've spent Christmas enjoying the festive food, such as the Tortuga cake. This particular recipe delivers the Caribbean flavours on a plate: the delicious smell of vanilla and Rum flavours is a celebretion in a room. This cake is moist, light and really tasty, also good value for money so ideal to share with good friends or to offer as gift. I'm so glad to have tasted the Tortuga Rum cake and I will recommend it to any cake lovers out there!

This cake is delicious according to my sister-in-law who received one last year and raved about how tasty and moist it is. So this year she is receiving another.

The cake barely lasted an hour for this Christmas dinner. There was only about 1/16th of a slice left for me to try, haha

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have been buying these for years and just about everyone seems to like them. I especially like to chill them before serving them with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Some people do not like the nuts on them but I make them pick out the nuts themselves.
