Chilli Pepper Pete's Ancho Chilli - Whole Dried 50g

I Purchased these Ancho Chilies from, IndiaBazaar. They are "Dried", However a "Key" point to mention is, when Bending they should be "Pliable" and Not "Brittle" in anyway!. (These and the, Mulato/Chipotle & Guajillos, are Very "Pliable", A very good indication of "Freshness".)The Customer service I received was also "Excellent". The Order was "Packaged" Very well in Thick plastic "Sealed" bags, and on Close examination found all the "Chilies" in "Perfect" condition, something I did Not "Expect"!. ( Obviously, IndiaBazaar, "Insist" on very High "Standards" all-round!.)I, Will be "Purchasing" all My "Whole Dried Chilies" from them in "Future", and "Highly" Recommend IndiaBazaar , as a "Genuine" and "Caring" Company, offering Very "Competitive" Prices and The "Finest" Quality "Chilies", I have ever Had!..Stephen Spencer.

Really tasty and excellent value. Excellent addition to give a deeper, not hotter, flavour to chilli dishes.

Very frustrated when I couldn't find this product in my local supermarkets. Chillipepperpete supplied these ancho chillis very promptly and they make a big (and positive) difference to my chicken mole recipe!

Great to add a smokey flavour to all chille dishes but work especially well with a slow cooked chille or black bean soup. Can also be used to freshen a stale shed

Very tasty, remember to soak first, keep the soak water for adding to stock.Mine arrived with a good long shelf life, well packed and well protected.

Bought these to make Ancho chilli sauce in my Instantpot. Perfect!
